This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Property is lovely. The room we stayed in was clean and well equipped for a family vacation. The closet didnā€™t close and because it was a mirror it made me nervous it could fall over. Some of the areas are a little outdated. Could use a little facelift but overall perfect for our family vacation.

Great Location

We liked the location, which is right on the beach. The balcony views are great. The condo is small, but was fine for our two night stay. I wouldnā€™t want to cook in the kitchen because there is very little counter space. I liked the tile floors throughout, and the living room furniture was comfortable. The soft mattresses were a little uncomfortable to me because I prefer a firm mattress. The parking garage is across the street. Be aware that the turns in the garage are tight. Itā€™s great to visit Myrtle Beach in the off season.

Door lock difficult.

Door lock requires keying in a number. The keys are very sensitive and may require several tries before opening. 3 failure tries and you are locked out requiring staff assistance.

Great view but lacked cleanliness

We loved the Oceanside view but ended up having to re-clean after contacting our Vacasa agent because the unit wasnā€™t clean when we arrived. They called themselves coming in and cleaning after we went back out but there were still areas that were not clean.

The resort was pet friendly. We did not know this. Dogs everywhere barking in rooms . Crapping in a small area with in 10 feet of outside pool. Urinating in the elevator. If people would just follow rules it probably would have been better. .Other than this issue it was ok

Okay Stay

Pros: Outdoor Pool area is nice, but pool is cool at Myrtle Beach in the summer which was odd. Due to all the shade created from the building I guess. Cons: Vacasa is robotic on communication. It was frustrating to ask a question getting what felt like ai generated responses. Very unhelpful. Bare bones kitchen. The only pan had a broken handle and not even salt and pepper were found. Mattresses are horrible, very soft and lacking support. These should be changed. The pictures looks accurate to the unit, but the building is a bit run down, tacky with giant pirate poster in the elevator which was very slow. Overall a decent enough stay where I could have overlooked a bunch of these things if the price was cheaper. I think staying in units run by individuals and not businesses is more my thing.

Recent stay in Condo

Upon arrival, the floors were dirty, the vent on the microwave kept falling off exposing the wiring behind. The kitchen faucet was loose and felt like it would come off when using. While cooking in the kitchen, which does not have a frying pan, I was visited by a cockroach on the counter right next to me and the sink. At that point (day 2), I was very disappointed and completely grossed out. Front desk said they could not find other accommodations for us and had to schedule the bug man to come out next day. The property is run down and dirty and on the last day, we woke up to a large puddle of water leaking from the air conditioning unit in the bedroom. This air conditioning unit also blows directly on the bed right next to it. My daughter didn't mind but I could not sleep there. We were initially excited about the unit and being in town for a baseball tournament, but the series of unfortunate events that occurred in the unit were very disappointing. We would not stay at this property again.

Nice Place

I really enjoyed my stay I don't own pets, but the facility is a pet-friendly resort which is a bonus for pet owners. I loved the view, and the flooring was updated. Overall 4 stars, the bedding needs to be changed out the mattress didn't sleep all that great.
