Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What a great stay!

We called down to the lobby a couple times for more towels and toilet paper and they were delivered very quickly. My kids loved the lazy river and the kiddie pool and you can't beat the beach access! Just a short walk away from our favorite dinner spot- River City Cafe as well as beach souvenir shops. Will definitely be coming back!

Smh What in the world

If you have no problem not talking to the front desk for your needs, this is the place for you! If you don’t have a problem being able to lock the door from the inside and at the mercy of outside lock only, this is the place for you! If you don’t mind after the 13th call finally getting a local person to talk to, this is the place for you. If you are not working on how you will go off on an unconcerned manager with an attitude, then this is the place for you! Oh but me,, not it at all.

Was there memorial day weekend , with my lil family. My kids loved it. Loved that the in door pool stud open toll 11am. For May seems a bit windybut we will definitely come back next year 😊👍

Oceanfront condo

Location was perfect! Room was a little small to accommodate what it’s listed as. Not a lot of closet space. Sofa bed mattress could be replaced and very little counter space in kitchen. Other than that the room was nice location perfect and early check in was a big plus

I guess it just depends on the type of unit you like.. I prefer something a little more luxury with a washer,dryer, dishwasher and even an actual seperate bedroom where only the people dwelling in the unit can walk through…would book again as a last resort which is what happened in this case. Staff is very nice and helpful… walls are paper thin in my opinion… there wasn’t even the regular start up amount for towels so I had to call down for extra towels and you have to also call for extra blankets… everything was clean. Light stains on the dining room table chairs.

Awful experience

First the room was disgusting and not cleaned well. My babies and kids feet were black within 10 minutes. Contacted host Vacasa. Took them 13 hours to get back with me and at that point could send someone sometime that morning to clean it properly. At this point I just wanted to clean it myself and they said they’d refund 50.Next day get refund of 12.99. Had to contact VRBO to message Vacasa just to get my proper refund initiated.Rug in living room was urine covered and my wife is extremely allergic to animals so we had to roll it up and place in balcony. Vacasa once again didn’t reply what I should do with said rug and was left outside throughout the stay.Pics are very outdated. Appliances have rust on them, dressers and stands are pretty well worn. Bed closest to closet is rough and needs replaced. Makes all kinds of noise and too stiff for adults. WiFi was also very spotty ended up connected to neighbors for stay.Overall the resort itself was nice and well taken care of.

Just as pictured

The room was just as pictured in the ad. I enjoyed staying in an upper level floor, which was fairly quiet. The kitchen came in very handy, although I wish there was more counter space. I'm thankful it had a full refrigerator. The staff in the lobby were friendly and helpful. I love that it is walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants. We didn't use the pool during our stay but I noticed it was empty, and surprised it wasnt full of children, in October when its still warm outside. One of the best parts of this location is the parking garage, which is inside the same building as the condos. The parking lot elevator took us right up to our floor, which was very convenient. No parking lot fees or steets to cross with luggage. The only part I would change is the bathroom grout & tile need a good scubbing. We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come again!

Clean but dated. It smelled like weed and tobacco had been smoked in the room and then sprayed air freshener to cover it up. We traveled with a soccer team and several had the same smell in their rooms. Our card key did not work properly and the door would not open. It would turn green, sometimes the door openers, usually it didn’t. It took 5-7 tries each time to get the door to open. I went down for new keys, still had the same problem. I went down again and asked for them to look at the door, they told me they would. I never heard from anyone again. While it is not the hotels fault, the location was loud. It’s right in the strip and people cruised till all hours of the night. Bring earplugs if you plan to sleep.

Nice & convenient location

The ocean view was great! Our room looked just the photos. My only complaint were the bed sheets. They have some off white stains. Weren’t too bad but wasn’t very pleased with that. Other than that our room was pretty clean and loved that the floor was wood as I have a crawling infant and a busy toddler.

Friday night became crowded and LOUD! I think everyone’s party’s got moved indoors due to storms but other than that 1 night we had a great week.

Cute, clean and a great view

Unit was updated in comparison to friends who booked other units. Cute look to it, clean and sanitary. Fully stocked kitchen and things like soap, garbage bags ect. View was beautiful off the balcony ( and from living room) all staff at the resort were very friendly and my room was ready early. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Great room and location, central to all myrtle beach attractions

The property was clean and as described. On the beach, 1 mile or less from all major myrtle beach attractions. The room was clean, except the bathroom sink and shower tub were barely draining which was a hassle. Reached out to the front desk but no action taken. Other than this stay was pleasant.

Vacation experience

Dirty. Floors were dirty as soon as we stepped in. Food or whatever on the walls. No shower curtain. First and last time staying at this resort.

This was our first stay in Myrtle Beach. It was close to everything. Beautiful beach. Loved the view from our room. Check in was difficult. Lack of parking for check ins. Long line to check in and then told our room wasn’t ready. Waited over an hour for a call to let us know our room was ready. Finally had to contact them back. Area is very loud and crowded. Also extremely low flow shower head. Took forever to take a shower. The Dunkin Doughnuts on site is a joke. No doughnuts. We walked the couple of blocks to Krispy Kreme which in my opinion is better anyway.
