Free shuttle stop near the apartment.<br><br>The rates include rental, utilities (water, electricity, Internet access), key collection, inventory of fixtures on arrival and exit and end-of-stay cleaning service.<br>Pillows and duvets provided for all beds, but bed linen and towels are not provided.<br><br>Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed.<br>This accommodations are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.<br><br>We send you our welcome booklet with all the information you need to prepare your stay 2 weeks before the start of your stay.<br><br>A security deposit of €600 is required, to be paid at least 1 week before your arrival. We will send you a secure link for the payment of the security deposit (this is a dematerialized deposit, not debited from your account).<br><br>In order to guarantee you an entry into a clean accommodation, the cleaning service is mandatory.<br><br>Towels and bed linen are not included in the rental.<br><br>From 1 December to 15 April, an additional charge of €5 per day will be charged for heating consumption.<br><br>For Sunday departures, a €50 cleaning surcharge is applied to cover the 50% surcharge for work charged by our cleaning service provider.<br><br>These additional charges must be paid directly to the owner of the accommodation by bank transfer prior to arrival in the rental.
