A wonderful unit for a small family with a great view, beach access, garage parking and a nice pool. Everything within is updated and the showers are very nice. Our family loved it!

Our favorite place to stay in Ormond

This was our 4th time back and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Clean, convienent, and the best place to watch the sunrise each morning. Quiet beach and pool. 5 stars all around!

Lovely condo, fantastic quiet location

Place was great, bed was amazingly comfy, love the non-touristy location! Had everything we needed for making a quick meal, and plenty of towels. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo, well equipped and clean. Communication was fast as was check in. We wish the weather was better but it was better than being at work.

Perfect location!

This was our favorite beach trip location and we’ve visited a decent number of Florida beaches. The condo was perfect with everything we needed, and very, very clean. The views were great, stores and restaurants were nearby and the beach was beautiful! We will definitely book again if possible!

Winter get away

Nice clean condo on a quiet beach. It was convenient to have a grocery store right across the street. Parking garage was also a nice feature.

Beautiful and relaxing

We enjoyed our time here and the condo and beach were beautiful. Sandra was very prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Family Vacation

My family (husband, myself, and 2 year old daughter) came for our family vacation. The place was perfect for us and the location is great! It was not very busy which was super nice. Plenty of space at the pool and beach each day.

Great condo

The condo is directly facing the ocean! Just bring your personal belongings and groceries everything else is there. It is super clean and comfortable!

Beautiful Condo!

We stayed July 17-22nd. The property was gorgeous and the view was amazing. Five of us were able to stay comfortably. Would definitely return.

Feels like home

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo, and we love it more and more every time. It truly feels like home. The condo is clean, the area is quiet and safe yet close to everything we want and need, and the owners are great and easy to work with. We will be back!

Peaceful Beach Getaway

Very large and clean! Nice view of the Atlantic ocean from the balcony with comfortable furniture! Fully stocked with amenities! Sandra goes above and beyond with any questions or concerns to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Looking forward to future stays!!

Great condo!

This was a great condo. To be honest the pictures don't do it justice. We thought the decor might be a little out dated but there was new bedding & everything was so nice & pretty. The view is absolutely amazing & we love the condo complex.

Perfect Getaway

We had the best experience. The condo was very clean and just as described. Everything from booking to checking in was easy. The condo is located in a safe and convienant location with a small shopping center across the street but still very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the unit. There were just a few things that could be improved.When we checked in, we noticed the condo wasn't as clean as we expected, especially the kitchen, which appeared to have been left dirty by the previous guests. Thankfully, I always travel with sanitizing wipes, so we cleaned it before using it.We also planned on cooking during our stay, but there were no cutting boards and the kitchen knives were very dull. We ended up making a trip to the store to buy a few basic kitchen supplies so we could prepare meals.We appreciated that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. However, the umbrella was missing a piece, and the chairs were full of sand from previous guests and didn't function properly. It wasn't a huge issue, but it may be worth replacing or removing items that are no longer usable.Overall, the unit is nice and in a great location. A few updates, such as brighter lighting and newer bath towels, along with a more thorough cleaning between guests, would make the stay even better, especially considering the price.

Thankyou for letting me know. We have never had an issue with the condo being dirty! I would have had the cleaners come back if I would have known. I am sorry that happened, and I will talk to them. I literally just bought all brand new bath towels last month, so not sure what you are referring to? They are brand new. I appreciate your response , as we only want the best for our guests.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect. Great views of the beach, and not crowded in the least bit. The ONLY things I would say is that the condo needs a little bit of “modernizing”. Some USB outlets would go a long way here. A few in the bedrooms and living room especially. And I would even suggest having a Roku (or streaming stick of some kind) for each TV so the guests can sign onto their streaming services and watch on their accounts. Also, the bed wasn’t as comfy as we’d have liked. We found a small foam mattress topper in one of the closets, so we just made the best of it. Maybe it would be good to have another option available for those guests who like a softer bed. Other than those things, everything was great! Very clean, spacious, and the balcony was a great place to relax at the end of the day!

Thankyou for your suggestions. I am sorry your stay was not perfect. We literally just purchased a new mattress on the king bed in February, so it's brand new. We did add a Roku and some usb outlets, after we received your suggestion. Thanks!

The Good, the Bad, and the Not so Good

Let's start with the postive: It had a very nice view. Let's cover the Bad: Owners asks for the total amount up front. Most places will ask you for half up front, and the remainder when you check in. The bldg. is old, the elevator has a bad odor. The condo itself is outdated. It has NO hot tub. I called VRBO, and 3x, they told me that there was a hot tub. It was supplied with towels, however, bring your own beach chairs. The ones that are by the parking unit, are torn up, old and rusted. I could go on and on, but why keep wasting my time. I am sorry, but it does not deserve an exemplary review or even a good one.

Hello Martha. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I told you before, that owners have nothing to do with payments, it's VRBO. They have rules guests read before you sign. Also, our listing does not state there is a hot tub. We do have brand new beach chairs. I guess it's a matter of opinion about the condo. I have never had a bad review like this, and we do our best to ensure people have a good stay. Hope you find what you are looking for next time. Also, our building is one of the newer ones in the area. This is a condo complex, not a hotel chain.

Snow Birds

Excellent family to welcome us into their home for 3 months. Great communication regarding reservations. Easy check in. Secure location. Close to everything on the beach. The view every day does not change. Paradise. Felt like home. Up dated furnishings were a plus from other experiences in the area. Can't thank the Davis family enough. We'll do it again.

Great family vacation

We went to a NASCAR race, enjoyed local businesses & of course the beach. The condo was exactly was expected & Ormond beach was quiet and family friendly. Would totally stay again!

Ormond Beach Condo

The condo was fully stocked with everything I needed for the week. In the garage there were beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards for the kids. The condo owner was friendly & efficient, she replied right away to any questions or issues I had. The only issue I had was the garage door opener didn’t work but we parked in the lot anyway for easier access.
