Thank you for the review. How could we have improved the stay in the winter?

You never stayed here what on earth are talking about. You screamed at me for you not canceling your own reservation. Proceed with how rich you were and acted like a spoiled baby who doest take care of his own things. As a host you also yelled at the vrbo rep and said this is why you don't use their site anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Paula. We sincerely appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the issues with the keypad access and that the noise from upstairs affected your stay. Your security and comfort are important to us, and we take your feedback seriously. We will address the access issue immediately. We encourage you to reach out directly if you'd like to discuss this further, and we'd love the opportunity to make things right.
