The Lighthouse 2 Villa is our latest "Member" of our Family of Vacation Luxury homes, situated in Punta Gorda Isles in South West Florida very quiet at the sunny side of the road, right on the Canal that leads into Charlotte Harbor Bay. It is a beautiful property with full southern exposure facing the canal leading into the Bay.
In close distance to beautiful historic downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman’s Village with many Restaurants Cafes and Boutiques on the water overlooking Charlotte harbor bay.
The house is fully equipped with all amenities imaginable, multiple sets of towels, beach towels, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Sun Chairs by the Pool etc
The swimming Pool is heated.
Each bedroom is designed differently with tasteful colors according to the furniture. The Pool Room is white with light blue color and white furniture and a King Size bed and a walk in closet, the bathroom is the absolute showcase with Rainforest shower Granite and the highest standard of Luxury, the second bedroom is facing the Canal and is equipped with 2 Twin beds big walk in Closet, the bathroom is also accessible from the pool area. The third bedroom has a 4 poster queen bed.
The Dining room is facing the pool and the water.
High Speed Internet is available WiFi with 200 MB/s as well as Satellite TV with a brand new 4K 55“screen.
A Coffee Machine and a Keurig for even more variety in Tastes.
The House has a spacious Garage
. Ironing Board and Iron are there.
Arrival time is 5 p.m. or after. Checkout time is 11 a.m. For an early check in or a late checkout please contact me in advance.
The owners are living in PGI 3 minutes away. They are willing to assist you in every way, be it restaurant recommendations or organize Trips to discover the beautiful area.

For Golfers we supply a variety of 8 different sets of Golf ⛳️ clubs ( Male / female Clubs - steel and graphite shafts)

For fishing 🎣 there are various fishing rods and the dock invites you to fish 🐟 as it is full of fish

Wonderful all around!!

My family was looking to ring the new year away from home without a hassle. We accomplished just that. The booking experience was wonderful. Christian answered fast and was sooo nice and a pleasure to converse with. The house is located perfectly and clean. We had a nice relaxing time. Will definitely be back. Wont regret booking this place.

Fantastic Property

My husband and I and our 2 dogs totally enjoyed our stay at Christian's lovely home. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The pool was always a perfect temperature and the house had everything we needed and then some. Christian was super responsive and very pleasant to work with. We wanted bikes, so he made sure we got bikes asap. He gave us tips on good eateries and local happenings. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Beautiful neighborhood and home!

The home was very clean upon our arrival, and well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen items! The pool was beautiful overlooking the canal! We walked our two dogs to Fishermen’s Village every morning for breakfast, which they loved! The owner was very helpful with anything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very nice little get away

We loved the house, everything was spotless. Was close to shops and the water. We would go back. We just took a little nice staycation and we are glad we found this place. Thanks for having us!

Great family getaway

We had a fun three day stay at this VRBO. The property had everything we needed including pool toys, bikes, fully equipped kitchen, even some random toys/books for the kids. The hosts were very accommodating and had great communication. They even invited us over for a little canal ride in their electric boat. Fabulous! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our time

We'll be back next year to Christian's place. We spent 99% of the time on the lanai. Great location, minutes to Fishermans Village, plenty of places to walk and see. Great restaurants in town - Liked the area so much that we purchased a lot to build (won't be done for 24 months so will visit staying here again in 2023).

Nice House and Great Owner

The owner met us at the house and was very helpful and friendly. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had whenever we texted him. The house was well equipped and nicely laid out. The pool area was nice and, unlike a previous rental we had in the area, the owner let us manage the heat of the pool. It was only 1.7 miles away from Fisherman's Village so we could walk it if we wanted. It was also very close to a small mall where we were able to get pizza. I would definitely rent this house again.

Comfy Cozy Excellent!

Beautiful house in a lovely and quite neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The interior of the house was so special, a super cozy bar area, lovely bathrooms (almost like staying in a hotel) and the backyard with private pool made our trip even more amazing. We definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Great Place!

Christian was a great host! He immediately stopped by and told us about the house and the local area and had lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The house was perfect for us. We loved the pool and my husband loved fishing on the canal.

softball weekend

We had a great weekend... played softball a few miles away, house was clean and we were able to check in early as a few people arrived before check-in.... house was clean and had everything we needed... even did a little fishing off the back dock... great weekend and great people to deal with... thank you for a great place to stay.

The Flagship is our Lighthouse Villa #997519 and due to a tremendous demand for it we decided to acquire another House in PGI (Punta Gorda Isles) and name it Lighthouse, too.
the renovations took us half a year and its now in 2021 open for Vacation
So far our guests have been extremely happy and love the Place
