Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 separate villa homes located in beautiful Luquillo: 2 with amazing views, 1 with a backyard oasis, and 2 beautiful pools to enjoy what the island has to offer.

The Space:
Villa Del Ensuenos, Villa Marbella and Villa Jardín. 3 beautiful properties in the same neighborhood. Villa Del Ensuenos and Villa Marbella are sister properties that sit on a beautiful hill overlooking Luquillo Beach and are connected by the same driveway. Villa Marbella has a breathtaking private cocktail pool and Villa Del Ensueno has an incredible wrap around porch overlooking the ocean. Villa Jardín is nestled just below the sister properties a short distance away and hosts a private garden oasis along with an infinity pool, outdoor showers, and bathrooms facilities. This centrally located area is perfect for a big family who needs the space.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy this quaint local neighborhood to completely submerge yourself in the Puerto Riqueño experience, while staying at our beautiful villa. Your beautiful villa stay consists of a resort-like pool, gazebo, bathroom/shower facilities, 2nd-floor margarita patio, and all the Palm Trees that you dream about.

Only a few minutes from the beach and Luquillo Kioskos (walking or by car), you are centrally located in eastern PR - San Juan and the airport, Carolina, Rio Grande, El Yunque, Fajardo (largest marina in the Caribbean), Ceiba (ferry to Vieques and Culebra islands), Caguas and the "Pork Trail."

Getting Around:
Transportation to and from villa does require a rental car (Uber and Taxi are not reliable once you arrive). We are walking distance to the beach and kiosks (~5-10 minutes).

The Villa is located in Fortuna Luquillo, approx. 38 km east of the San Juan Luis Munoz Airport. Agape' Anchor Villas is pinned on Googl Maps for GPS. Look for the yellow and orange Agape' Anchor Villas signs once in the neighborhood to direct you the rest of the way.

Interaction with Guests:
Available when needed but otherwise let you enjoy your trip, however you choose.

Perfect for large group

Getting married nearby and wanted everyone to stay together while still having their own spaces and not paying resort prices. Host was gracious and always available. Views were amazing, pools were well kept. Loved our time there.

Great views

We had a wonderful stay in Luquillo. We rented all 3 Villas for a group of 21 people. The side by side villas on the hill had wonderful views. The Villa on the lower road had a great pool area and pavillion. Keep in mind that getting from upper to lower villas is really not walkable. We rented a golf cart for that.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week. The Agape Anchor Villas consist of 3 properties 2 of which are side by side on very steep hill. The other is 2 minutes drive away and 12 minutes walk. I don't recommend walking. Each of the properties were nice however we did have few issues. Such as not be able to find the location of the rooms in the houses on the hill. There were a few maintenance issues which were taken care of. The hosts are very responsive and stays inconsistent communication for your entire stay.

Beautiful views

We were a family of 21 adults and 7 children and the accomodations were perfect for our large family. We were there for my mothers memorial and family reunion with our Puerto Rican family. My brother & 2 sisters families stayed in the Villa Del Ensueno & Villa Marbella (villas on the hill) and raved about their beautiful views and each individual family had their own apartment. My family stayed in the Villa Jardin (closest to the pool). We had a 4 bedroom apartment w/ 2 baths, a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment, and a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment (each apartment had its own kitchen, dining room & living room). The pool area was awsome, large infinity pool, mens and womens bathrooms, large pavilion with dinning area, and grill. The neighborhood seems to be safe, some worn down homes and some nice. Just beware of stray dogs barking and roosters crowing, it is part of the island culter (we didnt mind, but may not be for everyone). All my family enjoyed their stay, and if they ever come back, would stay here again.

Fantastic property! Would stay here any time!

This was one of the coolest rentals I've ever been at. Unbelievable pool. Unbelievable views. We hosted a party in the garden area and the host made it so easy to do so (we ran it by then before booking). I would suggest anyone stay here if they want lots of room and unbelievable views. 10/10!!!!

Beautiful place Host issue

Place was wonderful however when we ran into an issue when door alarm went off due to battery failure and the door would not lock and the alarm would not go off, we called the host Stan and he was nasty and condescending to me and to my nieces, saying we could sleep with the alarm and it was ok for the door not to lock as the neighborhood was safe and said if did not like that we could go to a hotel instead. He finally relented sent someone to remove the batteries, we had take batteries from the TV remotes to replace them and one of my nieces was able to reset the door lock to solve the problem. He called us high maintenance when all we wanted was an alarm to stop and the door to lock, we also called him for towels, and some clarity on directions to the place, if that is high maintenance, he has a problem. It was such a shame as the place was so nice, the other thing was the two villas were further apart than we were led to believe.

Incredible!

I really enjoyed Luquillo and the Playa Fortuna area, it was very local and the strip of kioskos across the street where so convenient and fun. The neighborhood the villa is in was also very quaint and friendly. We rented out this property for our 25 wedding guests and it fit everyone perfectly. All couples had their own rooms and some even their own apartments! To our surprise there where even 2 extra bedrooms than listed! We counted 14. The top villa has a beautiful view and really feels peaceful. There is a kitchen downstairs that has a great view of the morning sky, perfect for breakfast and waking up. The bottom villa Jardin was amongst the neighborhood. Unfortunately there where a lot of barking dogs and cawing chickens so it was not as peaceful, and the walk between the two villas was not very easy. But the plus sides where it was walkable to the beach and you had a very comfortable pool area in the back! This villa also was very nice because it had multiple apartments and kitchens for our guests. Stan and Megan where so easy to communicate with, it was such a relief especially since we where such a large group and they where very accommodating for us. Overall it was a great stay and memories where made that will last a lifetime! Thankyou Stan and Megan!

Fantastic time!

Stan and Megan are amazing hosts and their property is a great place to have a large group gathering! Pool is well kept and gorgeous and the beach is a short walk away. The views are also incredible!!
