Huge Desert Oasis w Pool+Spa. Sleeps 12. Centrally located to all of Ch Valley

Close to everything but still private, with backyard pool, hot tub, BBQ, and a gorgeous mountain-view perch. 5 real bedrooms, sleeps and dines 10+! Perfect for group trips or working remote: Wi-Fi, multiple workstations, Smart TVs, and Super Nintendo game console. Incredibly spacious (plenty of room to relax, but not for house party groups). Located in Desert Hot Springs, a quieter area with more value for your dollar, and still close to everything in Palm Springs and Coachella Valley. Relaxed vibe and freedom to enjoy the desert. I can refer you to shuttle drivers for group trips to Coachella, etc. The neighborhood has hot spring spa resorts, just blocks from the house. Close to hiking trails and Joshua Tree Natl Park and some great local restaurants.

The Space:
This desert oasis has everything you need. The huge living room opens to the dining area with settings for 10+. The open kitchen with bar and island is fully equipped. A corner desk in the kitchen is a great work station. Bedrooms are down the hall with the 1st full bathroom--with separated toilet/shower door so other guests can use the double sinks. All bedrooms have queen size beds and room for luggage. One bedroom is oversized with extra futon couches and room to hang out. The 5th master bedroom (Cal King bed) has another desk (WFH!) a huge ensuite bathroom with tub and separate tiled shower. You can get to the back patio through the dining room or the master bedroom. Th patio sparkles with the pool, hot tub, plenty of seating and upper terrace to watch the cityscape with your coffee or wine. Laundry is also available. A/C included and room to park in the driveway. Pool heat available on request for seasonal fee.

Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire house and your own private backyard, pool and hot tub. Garage and driveway parking.

Other things to note:
Pool heating fee can be arranged optionally, before or after you book, no problem.

What a fun home! Great for what we needed…although we would have benefited from more bathroom space😉we managed just fine! We were visiting the area for a family memorial so even tho it was a somber time we all throughly enjoyed our stay!

Enjoy Desert Hot Springs!

Nice indoor and out. We especially enjoyed the hot tub each morning and evening ... kitchen was well-equipped to make our delicious meals. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Girls Golf Getaway

The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of room, beds, and amenities. Hot tub was great. Kitchen was well stocked, washer/ dryer was good to have. Host was very helpful and quick to answer questions.We will definitely come back.

Great place!

Really loved staying at this property! While the neighborhood (like 2 miles away near the Vons) was not the best area.. we felt safe where we were staying. It also had a great view of the mountains. The listing was exactly what we expected. I will say if you have 9 or more people, be mindful that one bathroom is in the master suite and the other one bathroom is for everyone else. One last thing to mention, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t very strong, but nonetheless we had a great time and also enjoyed the pool!

Absolutely a wonderful home away from home. Everything was amazing. The pool and spa were great.

Andrew was a terrific host. If there was anything at all we needed he was right there to answer any questions. We rented for 11 days and would have stayed longer if we could have. It was so beautiful and and there wasn’t a thing that we were in need of. I’m looking forward to booking again in the future. I would recommend family and friends in a heartbeat. We all had an amazing time. Thanks Andrew it was a pleasure.

Amazing getaway!

This property is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. It has everything you need and its a wonderful getaway. The desert oasis in the background makes you feel like you are in paradise. My friends and I had an amazing time enjoying the pool, spa and the sun. Andrew was an amazing host. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. We would definitely be back! I would strongly recommend it to family and friends. We loved it and had an amazing time. Thank you, Andrew!

The house was just right for our group of family.. We really enjoyed ourselves out in the pool all day expect that it was some what windy during our stay..We will definitely rent this house again.

A gem in the Desert

I can’t thank Anthony enough. This property is beautiful,clean,spacious and homey at the same time. The pool and spa were amazing. No chlorine smell at all. The pool regenerated every day so it was always clean warm and refreshing. The patio surrounding the pool and spa was spacious and comfortable. There where a total eight of us. Not all visiting at the same time. All were extremely pleased. Close to Palm Springs,JoshuaTree,Mineral baths,Sound baths and so much more. I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone. I can’t say enough how pleased we all were and look forward to visiting again. Our compliments to Anthony,he was always readily available if we had any questions. Thanks so much.

Great house.Great host.Great pool and spa

Stayed here for a week with family and we had a blast.From the start we had no stress at all dealing with our host Andrew.5 stars.The house is super clean and lots of space for larger groups.Pool and a hot tube are great.Hot tub actually gets very hot unlike other rentals etc.Can’t wait to stay here again.

The roomy, 5 bedroom home lets you connect with friends and family. Can't beat the backyard pool, spa, and trail up to the fantastic desert-view terrace. Desert Hot Springs is hidden classic in the Coachella Valley, 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, but this town has its own identity as a spa retreat for mid-century Hollywood, then a cannabis revival in the 2000s, and now climbing the charts as a central, affordable, and more laid-back destination in the Coachella Valley. Desert Hot Springs is one of the only places in the world with hot and cold springs in the same geologic formation, it's now the "Spa Zone" with some of the best mineral water in the world.

Super roomy. One of the only true 5 bedroom vacation homes in the area. Other places have multiple beds in the hallway or random corner of the living room. Rainbow Springs has 5 bedrooms with walls and doors!
