Family Vacation

We had a great time at Win San. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had a perfect location to get in and out of the pool easily for us with our 8 month old. Would love to visit again!

Great condo

This is a great condo to stay in, has everything you need for your stay. It has been updated with beautiful new furniture and decor. The pool is right outside the patio door and the beach is just a few steps away.

Great location, beautiful condo

Overall great location and great condo well appointed and super comfortable. I wish we had better weather and that the pool was heated cause it was chilly. Easy access and walking to great restaurants etc beautiful beach. Could have a better toaster (ok that is picky) but loved it.

Kids spring break

We brought our three kids to FL on spring break. The property was perfect for us! The kids could swim in the pool with easy access to the unit. The beach was awesome and we could walk to many restaurants and shops.

Condominium Rental at WinSans

I love staying at WinSans Condominium. This condominium is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything we could have wanted was there. I loved being so close to the pool and sitting on the patio early in the morning to watch the sunrise and drink coffee. You are within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and more. It truly is a prime location for all of NSB.

Nice place to stay

The unit owners are constantly refreshing the unit with new furniture, decor, theme. The back porch is at the edge of the pool deck and beach access is at the end of the pool area. Very convenient and well maintained. Win-San is very convenient to Flagler Ave for a pub crawl, shopping or dining. A pretty good bargain for the price.

Hello! Almost every year that my family has stayed in c104, the cleanliness upon arrival has not been what we would've expected. We have always had to run the vacuum throughout the condo when we arrive because there is still sand and dirt/grime on the floors. We love staying there but would love to not have to clean as soon as we arrive. Thank you!

2024 Spring Break

Only negative comment: The fitted sheet on the Primary Room's king size bed needs to be thrown out because there is no elasticity. The sheet came off every night so we slept on half of the plastic mattress cover, which is not comfortable.

Love Win San and Unit 104

We stayed in Unit C104 for 7 nights and were very happy! We have stayed in several units at Win San in the past and this one is one of our "new" favorites. The pictures on the website truly need to be updated because the condo furniture has been updated since pictures were taken. The couches, living room rug, recliners, coffee table, wall decor, and the kitchen table are all new as compared to photos. The unit looks so much nicer in person! Tara with New Symnra Beach vacation condos was our contact person from booking to check out. She was great to work with and always quick to follow up. I was very impressed with the welcome bag when we arrived with Tide Pods, dishwasher pods, and a scrub pad for dishes. We had brought our own but this is such a nice gesture. We are already booked for next year and the kids are counting down the days!

While it's apparent the owners of this unit have done constant updates and upgrades to the inside of the unit there has been a noticeable drop off in the cleanliness of the unit in each of the past three (3) years and this year was the most egregious. The floors throughout were dirty to include but not limited to hair in both bathrooms, dust bunnies and old bandages under the bed in the master bedroom, sticky “stuff” on the kitchen and dining area floors, dried food in the kitchen sink, burnt food and grease on the stovetop. We spent a portion of Saturday and a good portion of Sunday gathering cleaning supplies and cleaning to remove the gunk we encountered. The coffee maker had been disassembled with the carafe in one cabinet and the filter basket in another. Who does that and why didn't the cleaning crew put all the pieces in one place? We could not locate sheets for the master bedroom until Sunday. The linens were in a plastic bag in a closet on a top shelf, where convenience items for the unit are kept. That is definitely NOT where I would think to look for linens. The management company did respond when notified of the deficiencies and sent a lady to get the unit cleaned but for us there was a severe damper put on our highly anticipated beach getaway, expecting to have no cares for a week. Hopefully next year will be better. In the two (2) previous years the lack of complete floor cleaning has been a minor bother it did not require a deep clean as the situation warranted this year and the complete failure of the cleaning service is inexcusable.

I hated to give this unit this rating, because we have stayed in it for at least the last nine years. This year has been the worse, the couch was broken down which Made it very uncomfortable to sit on or try to get up out of it! The recliner was broken and almost impossible to sit it. The foot rest did not come up at all. I have a bad back and terrible legs that are painful along with ankle swelling, which I am suppose to keep elevated, several years ago they had 2 recliners, which was really nice but they took one out With no replacement. Last year and this year there was just the green recliner which was terribly uncomfortable. I don't see how an elderly couple could stay in there for their winter visit. One of the new lamps did not work. There is no water pressure at the kitchen sink. The television in that living room has issues with the sound going off and it has to be turned off and back on. This is an ongoing issue and happens many times during the day. The TV in the bedroom does not get all the channels that the one in the living room does and is really old! Please don't think I am picky or just like to complain, because I am neither. You ask for my opinion and if you check this out you will see it is factual I truly almost erased this whole message, I don't like to complain! We have enjoyed staying there for many years and love the room location. I think that the management should evaluate the rooms and the rooms should have comparable furniture and kitchen accessories and upkeep. If I'm not mistaken the room rent is a set amount no matter of condition or amenities Because of our love of the WinSan we naturally want to return for the 2022 summer! We have been coming there for over 40 years.

Nice Congo on beach

Neat and clean condo right on the beach. Walk to lots of fun shops and food on Flagler Ave.
