Excellent stay

Would definitely stay again if in the area. Great location close to restaurants and activities. House was warm and inviting and the home owners were attentive and helpful

Soccer Tournament Stay

Stayed here for a soccer tournament at Bryan Park. Great property with many restaurants near by. Highly recommend.

Great location, great Hosts

This location was great! We felt safe in this neighborhood and we minutes away from places we needed to be during our stay. The hosts are great! We had some AC trouble during our stay, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved. We will definitely stay again!

Great trip!

The property was wonderful and in an excellent neighborhood. We had a very relaxing vacation. The backyard is a masterpiece! Would definitely recommend.

Great Rental

Our family was in the area for a baseball tournament for my son. This property was close to all the fields and in a great neighborhood. The host recommended several restaurants and they are definitely a must! Would definitely stay here again.

The cutest home in a residential neighborhood!

Such a beautiful and clean home is the cutest neighborhood in Greensboro! The neighborhood is very safe and great for walks, the home is clean and close to anything you need and is very comfortable to stay in with a bigger group. The backyard is such a bonus!

Greensboro stay

The house was beautiful and located in a great location. We stayed there for a National Basketball tournament . The coliseum was literally 15 minutes away and everything the team did together was very close. Definitely would stay there again if the team attends the same tournament next year.

This house was in a great location related to High Point University. Only about a 10-15 minute drive. It is located next to some excellent restaurants recommended by the hosts!

Greensboro Vacation

This home away from home was absolutely beautiful! We felt very comfortable and at home. Great location and quiet area. Everything you need is provided to make your stay safe and comfortable. Management responds quickly to any concerns. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Courtney and Michael for hosting my family. Your southern hospitality was very much appreciated.

The property was not as advertised. The hot tub was empty and broken. The house was clean to the eye, however the cockroaches running all over the kitchen was disgusting. I attempted to contact the people on the numbers they left and received no response. In order to watch television, I had to go out and buy batteries for the dead remotes. At night we were forced to use the flashlights on our phones to navigate the dark hallways because the lights did not function. It smelled like someone dies in the master bathroom. It may have been the mold in the ceiling from the leaking roof? Until the owners take some time to care for their place it should be removed as a listing so that other families do not suffer the date we did.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. As the owner of the home, I personally contacted you and we had the opportunity to discuss your concerns. During our conversation, I apologized for the inconvenience caused by the remote controls. It was unusual that the batteries in all five remotes appeared to be depleted at the same time, and we promptly arranged for replacement batteries to be delivered to the property. Following your departure, we conducted a thorough inspection of the home. During that inspection, we did not find any evidence of bugs or unpleasant odors, and all lighting fixtures were functioning properly. We also noted that the unopened package of replacement batteries had been left in the garage. We appreciate your feedback and take guest concerns seriously, as they help us maintain the quality and standards of our property.

The design of the house was excellent for our family gathering. Clean interior rooms. The outside was dirty and poorly maintained, hot tub not working. No text response from host Michael. Phone contact was better. Several burned out lightbulbs in bathroom and kitchen. A couple suggested touches: Add a set of 12-14 ounce drinking glasses and another 4-6 coffee cups or mugs and 6 more teaspoons, add 6 or 8 extra washcloths in the bathrooms. Provide facial tissues. Remodel dining room.

Location was what we were looking for and that was great. Bed rooms were clean. The rest of the house was beat up. Did not utilize out side as it was either overgrown in the front , or very dirty out back. Floors were sticky. Couches and kitchen chairs stained and smelled like dog. Kitchen in general was just poor. Nothing like other vrbos we have stayed in before. Not what we expected and not like the photos on line.

I’m so sorry that the condition of the home was like that! Since your stay we have fixed the building door, shampooed and cleaned all the furniture and carpets and replaced some items in the home. Unfortunately, the guest before you don’t obey the rules of the property and it was reported to me by the cleaners. We have also purchased new pots and pans. We hope to host you again in the future.

The house was not cleaned well when we arrived. I contacted the host and didn’t hear back for 3 days. They told me they would reimburse the cleaning fee- but that never happened. The house is in need of repair and there are several safety concerns. Missing electrical plate covers on the deck, rot on the deck and siding, the property was just not kept up.
