Fun trip

Everything itā€™s nice. The apartment is well kept and clean. An observation though; it will help if dark shades are placed in the windows. The beautiful sun enters the room at a very early time in the mornings, disrupting the sleep. Yet, itā€™s a really nice place to stay while you visit the surrounding areas.

Nice Apartment

I rented this apartment for my parents who were coming to Bullhead City for my in-laws Celebration of Life located in the adjacent neighborhood. The apartment is really clean and comfortable, we would definitely rent here again should the need arise. Dario replied in a timely manner when I reached out prior to booking. Thank you!

Nice place for our girls trip

Upon arriving the property looked exactly like the listing photos. Unfortunately the power to the unit was out when we arrived. We reached out to the host who had someone on site very quickly to address and resolve the issue. The place was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortable too! The location worked well for us and it was only a short drive to where other friends were staying as well as over to the casinos for night life.

It was a nice place,I needed to extend my stay for one night, had to rebook it for one night. incurred charges I didn't feel I should have to pay. No power one the last night meant no AC. Other than that it was very nice

I enjoyed my first week there, but I needed to extend my stay after the 30th, for one night, instead of extending my stay I had to rebook them place and it cost me extra money that I don't feel I should have been charged for, the place is very nice but they have problems with the power. My last night we had no power and no ac so that wasn't good

Cozy Condo/Good Location

The condo itself was just as pictured: the rooms are cozy but had everything that we needed. The kitchen was a little too cozy - only one person could be in there at a time - but it had everything that we needed. The huge TV in the living room was great! The couch and loveseat were a little too soft for us old people, but we used pillows to make it work. We liked the location, thinking that since it was away from downtown that it would be quiet, but it wasn't. Be aware that there are lots of children in the complex. They are well behaved and polite, but they are children - they make noise. There are also men who enjoy working on their cars. Overall, though, the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming to us. It was easy to get wherever we wanted to go but we didn't have to deal with a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. One thing we really, really liked about the area was walking every morning. There are very nice neighborhoods to walk through, enjoying not only the beautiful houses but also the magnificent scenery. And very good exercise since there are lots of hills!

the first issue was place advertised as bring your water toys plenty of room. when ask Dario said to park in ond spot everyone know toys dont fit in one parking spot unless pull through spots . which are not available. so was advised to park on the street. which area is not great so paid for rental boat parking. apartments are a bad area šŸ˜• are space was parked next too a car missong a rim. so drunk people out wondering around all hours . then two towels were wet when we got there and didnt know we had to was a load of towels before leaving then checked out to get a 70 dollar fee for damaged white towel which i dont understand how . got pictures but looks like just need to be washed. thankfully youre forced to buy the insurance before booking which now i know why. Would never stay her or recommend

Golf holiday

The property was as it was listed. There were no surprises. Communication with Dario was very good. We felt that we could approach him if needed. We were down for a month to golf and the accommodations suited us Just fine. Thank you for the hospitality.

This apartment was clean and offered everything you need for a weeks stay. Price is amazing. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Bullhead. Neighbors were all very respectful.
