Great place. My toddler enjoyed it and that is what is more important for us. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, what a shame the weather was too cold to enjoy the deck more.

Our daughter got married over the weekend in Lagrangeville (?) and this location seemed comfortable for four adults. It wasn't far from the venue which was a plus. The place is very cute well stocked with items one would need. The host, Joyce, responded quickly to all inquiries. The only thing that was a little odd that the four of us noticed, was that the floor is tilted/slanted in some parts of the home. As you walk into the main bedroom by the bathroom the floor is tilted, with a slight slant. Also, the bathroom floor in the main bedroom was tilted, a slight slant...but enough for me to walk timidly or I felt like I was going to lose my balance. Personally, the bed was too soft for me; I woke up with a back ache each day. My daughter and son in law said the bunk beds were fine. This was the first time staying in a VRBO, so I was surprised that we were requested to wash the sheets and towels before we left. We did. (is that typical with VRBOs?) Other places I've rented, we just had to strip the beds and pile the towels on the bathroom floor. Not complaining, just making an observation.We didn't spend to much time at the house as we visited with family, went out to eat and participated in wedding activities. Overall it suited our needs for the 3 nights we were there. There are two parking spaces available and the morning views are amazing. It is a beautiful neighborhood. We didn't take any pictures, however the pictures posted are quite accurate.

"Great stay! Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The temperature inside was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything worked as expected. The location was central to everything we wanted to see, and the kitchen had all the basics we needed. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

Not far from Highland New York, for family wedding at Liberty Farm Venue that was so amazing, just like a fairy tale. This VRBO was a terrific spot with wonderful accommodations to make the trip perfect!

Excellent apartment well furnished and maintained; owners very responsive.

The apartment was clean and well-furnished.The owners Mike and Joyce were extremely responsive to our requests.My only word of caution is that the second bedroom is small and has two twin-sized bunk beds. The top bunk is accessed via a ladder. For a couple with kids this works great. For two adult couples, the couple in the bunk bedroom may not be comfortable.

Great Spot for a Weekend Visit

We loved the property and surrounding areas. Home was clean and the owner was very responsive. I appreciated the extra night lights that help with children navigating unfamiliar territory. I dropped one star overall simply because the kitchen lacked a dishwasher, the small coffee pot tended to overflow and leak, and the toaster oven took forever. These are small concerns and had I reached out the owner she may well have been able to address at least the smaller of the items, but we had jam packed days at West Point and very little time. I would definitely stay here again.

Had Hesitation; Happy I stayed

This place was absolutely beautiful. Sitting in an area surrounded by tall pines and on the edge of an orchard, is where you'll find yourself if you choose to stay here. My hesitating to book this place is due to wanting privacy; this is connected to a main house. However, it was extremely private. We were able to check in early due to a massive rain storm canceling our afternoon plans. The communication with the host was fast regarding the check in. We met the host as we were pulling in and she was a very pleasant lady. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couch was super comfy abs the master bed... oh my. I haven't slept thar well in a long time. So much so that when we left I looked at it to see what kind of mattress it was. This is a veteran owned and operated business. As a veteran,I have higher expectations for those kind of business... it did not disappoint. One evening they had a fire with some friends abs it was awesome to hear the laughter of the kids playing in the yard and people actually talking without having their head in a phone. 10 for 10 would recommend. Pro tip... if you stay here, recline the chase lounge back about a quarter of the way and you can use the couch as a side head rest for a wonderful afternoon nap.

Exquisite house

Very easy communication with hosts, also very helpful . House is in quiet neighbourhood and very comfortable . Wooden wall panelling and wooden floors very nice.
