This charming two-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small, sought-after building with unobstructed sea views. The entrance, with a closet, leads into the open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen (pyrolytic oven, refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher). The living room opens onto a large balcony with sea views. The apartment has two bedrooms on opposite sides, one with two single beds (90cm) and the other with a double bed (140cm). The bathroom has a washing machine and a toilet. All amenities are within walking distance, and there is private outdoor parking. The apartment is equipped with an unlimited 5G homebox.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
