GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fully equipped open kitchen and lounge area (140X190 sofa bed), separate toilet.

FLOOR: Bedroom No. 1 with 1 140X190 bed, Bedroom No. 2 with 2 90X190 beds, bathroom (bathtub and sink) and separate toilet.

OUTSIDE: At the back, small private and enclosed garden (accessible through the bay window of the living room), with garden furniture (2 small tables and 4 chairs), 4 deckchairs and a barbecue. At the front, possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the cottage.

In addition: Electric heating offered up to 8kw/day (supplement charged according to consumption). For rent: sheets at 10€/bed, towels at 6€/pers. End of stay cleaning at 50€/stay (mandatory for business stays). Pets accepted with a supplement of 50€.
Deposit required on arrival for the cottage (360€) and with a pet (450€).
