It will allow you to relax while enjoying the swimming pool and superb walks at the Ponant.Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port, this functional and well equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just minutes from the beach and shops. With an area of 33m2, it will be ideal for 4 people. (additional 2 beds).It has in the living room a click-clac (140), in the bedroom a double bed(140) and for the cabin 2 suppered single beds (90), not being suitable for children under 6 years of age – (Article 6 of Decree No 95-949 of 25 August 1995).The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a washing machine and the toilet is separated. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and features a flat-screen TV, internet access and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, etc.Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).Access to collective parking will allow you to park your car in the residence.As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
