Water front Lake Whitney cottage with great views and Water access!

This cozy lake cottage is the perfect get away! Just steps away from the water with a rock beach where you can go for a swim or fish. Gorgeous sunset views from the back yard. The cottage includes a separate bedroom that has one king size bed and one queen size bed. There is also a daybed with two twin beds in the living room. The cottage sleeps a total of 6 people max. The living room has a large sofa, recliner, a rocking chair as well as the daybed and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV connected to the Internet We provide free LG channels and you can stream any apps you have with your password. There is also a 32 inch smart tv with DVD player and plenty of movies in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, you just bring food and refreshments. There is a refrigerator, electric cook top and oven, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and blender. It has a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining room that seats 4. The bathroom includes a single sink and a stand up shower. Paper towels, Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and dish washing soap provided. We also provide all linens, pillows, bath towels and beach towels for your convenience. Overlooking the oversized back yard there is a fire pit, table and chairs and a grill. Plenty of extra seating on the covered back deck as well as a hanging bench swing. There is no fenced in back yard, just open views to the lake and sunsets. Great views, short walk to the lake, and plenty of room to relax make this a great place to escape from it all!
We are 10 minutes from downtown Whitney with local shops and dining. Our location is less than a 90 minute drive from DFW area, under an hour from Waco and no more than two hours from Austin. There is plenty to do in our area, including the Red Caboose Winery in Meridian, the Valley Mills Winery with beautiful Hill Country views. We are only 45 minutes from Magnolia Market in Waco.
