32 Unit Condo Complex ideally located minutes from Christiansted in the North Shore with its own private beach. Ground floor. No steps. Private Beach on Long Reef with public beach access.

Caribbean decor with a nice size patio viewing pool and sea. Two sliding glass doors with Beautiful sea breezes.

Bedroom has King size bed and large tv with slider door and ceiling fan. Bathroom has walk in shower. Large flat screen tv in front room and ceiling fan and slider for the great breezes. Bedroom and living room have A/C if you prefer no breeze.

Comfortable covered furnished patio with barbecue and view of seaside, waves, reef and pool

Public beach access and walking distance to nearby restaurant.

Minutes from shopping, restaurants and Christiansted.

Many things to do on island and local musicians playing all around island. Kayaking, jet skiing, Paddleboarding, snorkeling, sunset sails, horse back riding, golfing, casino, ATVs, tidal pools, diving plus much much more. Many beautiful uncrowded beaches including the spectacular beach Sandy Point where the movie Shawshank Redemption ended.

Hoped for and received

We wanted to experience St Croix. The condo was on the water, had a private little beach, was clean and cozy. Two problems we had was the gate code we received wrong and when putting in the correct code we had to press the numbers all the way in. Mark, the condo manager helped us get that little detail. To work the condo code did not work and we did find the lockbox on the back porch. First day was a challenge and we realized we were tired and confused. Two TV’s hooked to Roku. If you want to watch TV you need a subscription for whatever channel you want to watch. Not a complaint but more a heads up if you are headed this way. We were super pleased with our experience.

Nice but dated

Well, we couldn’t check in when we came in at 4, office was closed but it was off season. The location wasn’t as described in booking. Old dirty ceilings, Ceiling Fans, stove, rusted grill that should be trashed with rust stains on porch. We really wanted to cook some steaks due to location being out of walking distance for restaurants. Pool was great and the views were amazing. Beach to water couldn’t be used due to the ridged rocks. Had to take a taxi to anywhere away from condo. We did meet owners of another condo and they helped us out a lot. If it wasn’t for them our trip would have been flat.this specific condo is overpriced due to age and conditions.

Wonderful!

This is our third time staying in this property. We love it! It’s ground floor so no stairs which is nice for us. The condo is very comfortable with the recent addition of air conditioning. The complex is convenient to Christiansted which has many restaurants. Most people in the other condos are owners and everyone is very friendly. A few have become dear friends. We’ve already booked for next year. While we were there new patio furniture was delivered which just shows how the owner is constantly updating the condo. We enjoy the mile or so beach walk from our complex. It’s definitely a condo in a sunny paradise.

Enjoyable long weekend

The accommodations worked out perfectly for me and my daughter. Kitchen had the components we needed to make most of our meals. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Really enjoyed listening to the waves crashing up on the small beach area.

Cute little condo on the water

Struggled to find the property, Apple Maps was not our friend, but some friendly locals helped us. Gated community that's very clean and well kept. Ease of entry to condo, and we were pleased with the comfortable sectional and bed, and cleanliness of the unit. No vents in bathroom, which meant showering with the door open, but it seemed to be common on the island-zero air in any restroom we saw. Plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels that were all in good shape. We had no problems in our unit, and felt safe once we settled in. If needed, we would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Just what I needed!

The place was located in a quiet area, with a relaxing and pleasant environment. The apt as well as the grounds were well kept, safe and beautiful. The host and management team were VERY communicative, and pleasant. Don’t think I have ever had a better host. Thank you for helping me embrace my inner Islander!

Great Condo

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo unit, and our time there was great! Clean, quiet location, nice people, 10 minutes from the boardwalk by car. Condo has a nice view overlooking the pool and palm trees. We will return again.

Quaint condo on the beach

Our condo was absolutely lovely and Daryl was incredibly attentive to any questions or concerns we may have had. The beaches (as many of them are) were not quite swimmable, so the condo had pool that was very well taken care of! There was a little walkway to a small beach where there were tons of turtle activity (babies even hatched one of the nights!!) The location was great- easy to get to any of our destinations. It was about 10-11 minutes from Christiansted and 30ish minutes to Fredericksted. The place is very peaceful - we were able to sit outside and watch the sunset or sunrise while listening to the ocean. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. They even had beach chairs, pool noodles, or towels if you needed them. Overall, we loved our time here and it was an amazing trip!

Nice Condo with good access to everywhere on island

The condo was a little hard to find, but fortunately we arrived during the day so we were able to locate in short order. The condo was just right size for a couple. The portable AC units kept the unit cool enough, but are a little noisier than other units. Not that big of a deal however. We didn't spend much time at the beach in front of unit because there were to many better beaches close by. The pool was nice. We had a incident happen on the far side of the island that kind of put a damper on our visit. Our rental car got broke into and they stole my wifes purse, phone ID, etc. This caused potential issues getting home with no ID. This is when the #1 best reason to stay at this condo came to life. Several folks that stayed at the complex were so nice to us, and willing to help if we needed it. To me that means a lot. The incident itself I blame myself for, we shouldn't have left items in the vehicle. Please tell your neighbors thank you for us, especially the guy next door. We would stay here again based on the location and friendly neighbors.

Wonderful getaway!

My stay at the Cruzan princess was amazing! The unit was just as it was stated in the description. The tropical breezes and sound of the ocean was perfect for a week of rest and relaxation! Daryl is an amazing owner and was so accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommend this location and look forward to another stay in the future!

The property was nice and clean. Listing was accurate and the owner responds quickly to any questions. The ACs do a great job for the space the size of the rooms. I would recommend this condo to any friends and family.

Perfect place in St Croix

We had a great time at Daryl’s condo. It was fully stocked and even with some unexpected extras like beach toys and a blender. Daryl was so helpful and always quick to communicate. The location was perfect, a small community right by the pool and ocean. Loved it!

Bitter Sweet/ Peaceful

Mr.Darryl Thomas was very compassionate from the beginning without knowing me personally my family and I came to St.Croix to bury my grandmother we all flew in from NY and it was a beautiful experience. Mr.Thomas was communicating to me with a quick response whenever I had a question. I would definitely not only rent again also recommend it to anyone who wants to have all the comfort of their home away from home. The only minor hiccup was not knowing the exact address of the place it should have been stated the exact name of the condo complex. I tried reaching out to Mr.Thomas at 2:00am due to flight delay to be guided for directions could not get through. My aunt who is a native figured out where the Condos were. The GPS kept leading me to pelican cove. I have no complaints. I met Mr. Thomas very professional and understanding. I also met Mr. Ferguson the pool cleaner was very helpful and courteous when asked about laundry facility and garbage location. I have no regrets renting this place Thank you for making my stay comfortable and peaceful.

Great location!

This place was a perfect find for our Anniversary trip with our two littles. Clean well stocked home. Spacious condo with great view of the ocean. Large patio with grill and plenty of seating. This location is close to some great local restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for anyone's stay. The property owner was prompt with responses and very accommodating.

Short visit to Christiansted, St. Croix.

Daryl's place in the Cruzan Princesse Condominiums was perfect for our first, short (5-night) visit to St. Croix. It is a nice "beachy" location where you can hear the sound of the waves washing up on shore at night. Beautiful pool. One dining option within walking distance (The Palms). Daryl was very accommodating and helpful. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the driver was waiting for us at baggage claim, but as we had only carry-on luggage, we missed him. We were able to connect with another taxi (van) along with some other arriving passengers headed to their various destinations. The cost was $20 for the two of us, plus $4 for the luggage. Daryl then met us at the complex even though he had already supplied us with the gate and lockbox codes. Daryl helpfully offered to take us to the local grocery store, where we were able to purchase some food supplies for our stay. I will say that the location (as depicted in VRBO, prior to actual booking) is misleading. Although, as a security policy, VRBO does not disclose the exact address/location of a rental unit until it is booked, the initial location of Daryl's condo as depicted on the map (prior to booking) appeared to be within walking distance of the heart of Christiansted. It is NOT. The Cruzan Princesse Apartment Condominiums where Daryl's condo is located, is situated about 4.9 kilometers (a good one hour walk) from downtown Christiansted. The typical taxi fare for the ride into town is around $20 for two people. Given the cost of a taxi ride, and the fact that we didn't want to be eating at The Palms every night of our stay, we elected to rent a car for four (4) days at about $50 per day from Olympic Car Rental agency. I would recommend doing the same if you want to see some of the sights around the island. It's a bit tricky because they drive on the left side of the road, but the cars are left-hand drive like those on the mainland! One of the other residents living at the complex recommended three rules of thumb regarding driving on the island: (1) Go SLOW, (2) Don't hit anything, and (3) always look BOTH directions when making turns into traffic (especially RIGHT turns). We were glad we had rented a car, and leveraged our mobility to drive to Point Udall, Chenay Bay, Cane Bay and Leatherback Brewery over the next four days. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at Daryl's place and would heartily recommend.

New to VRBO

Daryl’s place is on the water, lovely pool, easy parking and easy access. I didn’t pay attention when I booked as to when he joined VRBO, which was this year. As someone who remodels homes, I’m more critical than others. Two main issues we had: 1-the portable AC unit in the main living area sounded like a jet engine and did not cool the area, despite having 3 ceiling fans and turning the thermostat to 66. We contacted Daryl about this and asked him to check it out. Not sure if that was done. 2-The location of the refrigerator was odd and definitely not convenient. Otherwise the property was as advertised. As I said, I’m more critical of layout and furnishings-and I realize that with condos you can only change so much. We didn’t spend much time at the condo (the wind didn’t allow us to use the beach there) and didn’t cook at all. We came for beach, food and drink, and relaxation.

Nice place on the water.

It was a nice place to stay in to relax. It was located on the water in a gated complex. I was able to sleep with the sliding door opened listening to the ocean waves. Everything you needed to cook and go to the beach was available. You do need a car to get around the island. My only complaint is the listing states the condo sleeps four, I assumed there was a pullout couch; but instead, there was an air mattress. Luckily, it worked out because we had two adults and two Kids instead of four adults. The kids were ok on the air mattress.

Excellent property

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights.The condo was well maintained and clean.Daryl the owner was very helpful, and answered all questions we had.We will definitely rent here again in the future.
