"Seas the Day" (Week or Month) on Ormond Beach with Pool and Ocean Views

Every room in our house was furnished for comfort and luxury. No need to carry your luggage; start your family vacation with an elevator ride to the main floor of our spacious Living room. With a large leather sofa sectional and large screen tv with options for all streaming services and cable. Start your morning sunrise with coffee on a second floor balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Adjacent to the living room is an expansive bright Kitchen with all the extras needed to cook any holiday meal imaginable, with a double oven and a small coffee bar with a coffee pot and a Keurig. There is even a crab pot available for use. Crab crackers and all! Seating for 8 at a large table and three extra bar seats available at the island.

Making your way to the Master Suite which is furnished with a California King and sitting area all leading to a private balcony facing the ocean. A double fold out sofa with the option of two more sleeping spots completes this large room.

The Master bath includes an extra large tile shower and a elongated garden tub, private loo and a double vanity which is all fit for royalty.

The first guest bedroom holds two queen beds and a large closet. Don't forget to look out your own private balcony with Adirondack seating and a Swing.

Next an office space with desk with wireless or wired connection available for a working vacation and printer. This space also holds a futon available for one adult sleeper or two children.

Located on the floor below you can find the third and forth guest bedrooms, again each with a Queen bed. Decorated with a feel for the Tropics, both of these rooms also have Roku tv's that are ready for late night viewing. A shared full bath with a full size shower tub and double vanity sink.

An open laundry room with washer and dryer also holds all beach and pool towels needed for your stay.

Our "Harley" family room has a leather couch/love seat and a large screen tv to watch a game. A full size billiard table with all accessories is yours for use. This area also holds a wet bar with a mini refrigerator and a frozen drink machine to make Margaritas!

When the sun is out, head out to the large pool (heated upon request for an extra fee). Pool floaties and pool noodles included, as well as child bubbles for those who are still learning to swim. The outdoor kitchen with bar seating and grill for outdoor dinners or drinks by the pool.There is even an extra full size refrigerator in the pool room to house food and beverages, as well as an ice machine and a fifth private restroom.

Enter via keyless home entry into our large garage with two bay parking, a sixth bathroom with shower and toliet as well as a second washer and dryer, perfect for towels and suits after a beach visit.

All needed beach chairs and beach toys, kites for flying, sidewalk chalk and bubbles. Boogie boards and beach umbrellas are available inside the garage as well as coolers for beach use and a wagon to tow it all across the street to the Ocean. An outside rinsing station will help keep the beach at bay!

Have kids?? This is the place for your entire family. We offer a Pack-N-Play, and high chair and a baby monitor, as well as toddler and young kids games and puzzles, crayons and coloring books and an assortment of Little People toys. Adult games and cards are options for late nights or rainy days.
