Don't let the photo's fool you! This unit was in extreme disrepair. Several places with cracked ceiling paint in the living room, like it might fall on our heads; missing paint on the front bedroom wall; stained, and worn carpets; various pieces of furniture with stains and chips; and a recliner that should be discarded. Additionally, the blinds in the living room and master bedroom were missing partially and didn't work, (repaired/replaced our third day). The lamps in the master bedroom have degraded and the nightstands have a black film substance that cannot be cleaned and is unsanitary - asked for this from Mon - Thursday then gave up, they came and sprayed it but that didn't help - a plastic putty knife would have probably fixed it. The master bath shower curtain was mildewed, and the tub appears "dirty" - neither ever resolved. (Really? Couldn't get a 10 curtain at Wal-Mart?) Under the master bath sink it is tremendously stained from previous water leaks. The microwave handle is broken - Repaired on the 3rd day of our six day stay. 30 minutes to go down the elevator on check out day, the second of two was broken all week. I'm not sure what this unit is usually used for but I don't think it's routinely rented out. Others would be more critical I'm sure. Emailing the office seemed to be best, the Operations/Field team didn't get much help.
