However, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of the property and the concerns raised regarding the pool. The interior photos on our website accurately represent the home, and we strive to ensure our listing provides an honest reflection of the property. Regarding the pool, we take water quality and guest safety very seriously. The pool was serviced and treated appropriately by our professional pool company, and no issues were identified that would have made swimming unsafe. While we understand that you were dissatisfied with the pool cleaning process, the decision not to use the pool was a personal choice rather than the result of an identified safety concern or reported health issue. During our meeting, we also discussed the derogatory comments directed toward the pool technician by a member of your group, which were brought to our attention by the pool company. We expect our service providers to be treated with courtesy and respect while performing their work, just as we strive to treat all of our guests professionally. We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we believe it is important to clarify that the pool was professionally maintained and that no known health or safety concerns were identified.
