In the heart of the Alsace Plain, this 100m² furnished house is located on Rue des Jardins in Wickerschwihr, a charming village just 10 minutes from Colmar.

In a warm setting, set out to discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its grand crus, and its history. Ideally located 30 minutes from the Monkey Mountain and the Eagle Aviary or the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle and 40 minutes from the Lac Blanc ski resort or the Little Prince Park and the Alsace Ecomuseum. Within a radius of only 20 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: casino, spa, golf, equestrian center, hiking, restaurants, wine cellars, etc.



The cottage is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges mountain range, its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, about 45 minutes away, set off on an adventure in Europe's largest amusement park, Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the charming city of Freiburg.

A large living room with equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker), dining room and living room (television with Netflix) awaits you for moments of sharing and conviviality (books and board games available).

During nice days, enjoy the terrace that will extend this living space.

A separate toilet completes the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms (two rooms with two single beds each and one room with a king-size bed), as well as a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine.

A baby bed is also available

The house has parking in the courtyard for two to three vehicles.

(Street parking is tolerated if it does not obstruct traffic and is free)



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

A tolerance exists for the garden. It is forbidden to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

Bed and bath linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
