All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

With the feel of a five-star luxury resort and the privacy of a secluded island cabana, Coconut Cove is the perfect balance of sumptuous seaside escape and comfy family home. Tucked among the swaying palm trees on Anna Maria Island's coveted north end, you'll be a short walk away from the sandy beach and delicious local cafes. This three-bedroom estate also boasts a private, resort-like pool, putting green, and outdoor lounging area that will quickly become your family's happy place.

Located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, Coconut Cove is surrounded by mature palms, a lush green lawn, and plenty of open space. In the main living area, brand new furnishings, wood floors, and vaulted ceilings create an open, airy space to kick back in front of the large flatscreen. The formal dining room sits nearby, with seating for eight.

An elegant, arched pass-through opening leads into the fully-equipped kitchen. Bright white cabinets and appliances are accented with seafoam green countertops. A secondary living area includes two slip-covered sofas facing one another in front of another large TV. The two living areas are ideal for large groups and families.

The primary suite is like a sanctuary within the home— complete with a king-size bed set against a charming white shiplap wall and a woven headboard. Pops of indigo blue and teal add beachy charm, while a glass sliding door allows access to the private balcony. In the stunning ensuite bathroom, a freestanding marble tub sits inside a blue-tiled, glass-enclosed “wet room” that also includes a spa-like shower. The double vanity has glass bowl vessel sinks.

Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of flexible sleeping space for large groups. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a flatscreen television. The final bedroom has a queen-size bed sitting next to a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and facing a flatscreen TV. There are also two more full bathrooms that are accessible from the hallway.

Although Coconut Cove is located close to the sandy beach, you may find it difficult to leave the tranquility of your private backyard oasis. A sparkling, heated, resort-style pool is a dreamy spot to soak in the sunshine on the submerged tanning pad and swim-up tables. Or escape to a lounge chair in the shade with a cool drink and a juicy novel. The spa is ideal for relaxing under the stars with a glass of wine. The bright green, manicured lawn has a putting green and a cornhole game. In the covered lanai, you'll find an outdoor living area complete with comfy sofas, two flatscreen televisions, a ping pong table and an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque grill.

Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed & flatscreen TV.
Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed & flatscreen TV.

There is parking space for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
