New everything! New furniture, appliances, flat screen TV's, flooring, quartz countertops, and accessories complete accommodations for up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the unit. The master suite features a king bed, full bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom furnishes 2 twin beds, and the living room has a full queen-sized pull out couch. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, stove top, and washer & dryer to meet and exceed your needs. When you want to relax, your needs are met with flat screen televisions in the master, guest bedroom and living room.

The complimentary umbrella and beach chairs were perfect! It made the day at the beach perfect, we only needed towels, sunscreen and waters. Beach cafe and bar is the cherry on top. Condo was great. Large flatscreen TV's, nice kitchen and comfortable beds.

Another great stay! Love the location of the condo with the pool and pickle/tennis courts right by the condo. Our only negative was that pools were closed day after day”tropical” storm. It wasn’t raining or windy that was a major bummer as the beach was off limits. Would’ve liked to have at least the pool as a back up.

Loved the location but for the price seemed a little high to still have such a walk to the beach. Was able to drive over there and park with the gate code. And the view wasn't great. Just view of the pickle ball courts which is fine if you like watching people play pickle ball. Lots of work going on during the stay so unable to sleep later than 7am. Lot of people come to this location just to eat at that restaurant so during peak dinner times, very busy parking lot. In kids room found candy wrappers and socks from last visitors and the dishwasher was full when we arrived.

Jennifer, Thank you for staying with us on your trip to the beach. The work being done was across the canal. Did not know the noise from the work traveled that far. We do wish you had contacted about us for a cleaning issue. This review more than a month after you stayed does not let the cleaning company correct any issues. We did look through all e mails and texts from you and could not find a single item regarding any issue from you during your stay.

Great location for a family vacation. Close to the beach which was beautiful with the white sand and crystal clear water. Having the beach service for 2 chairs and an umbrella made our walk to the beach so effortless and beach day so enjoyable. Many families for my kids to make friends at both the beach and the condo to play pickleball. The condo was updated with a nice, new kitchen and updated bathrooms. My only minor criticism is that it could use a deep clean or more thorough cleaning throughout the condo (ex. Living room rug and master bedroom curtains). It wouldn’t stop us from booking again though because the location was perfect.

Property was a great location and easy walk to and from beach. The pickle ball court right beside us was an added plus for my kids. The condo was clean and spacious. With two teenagers it was a challenge finding an accommodations with twin beds vs just queens in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Destin

Spacious and updated condo in a nice community with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the private beach access and chair & umbrella service that came with the rental. Great location as well- quick drive to restaurants and harbor/ boardwalk area. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at SPC for 15 years, 2 years in this specific condo. It’s nicely renovated, spacious, and clean. No complaints here!

Easy parking to and from beach; easy to walk to beach if only carrying towel - about 10 minute walk; condo next to pickleball courts and you dont hear them at all; walk to a nice pool and restaurant in few minutes; visit Harbor village close by; lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, kids activities besides beach within 2 miles; beautiful sand and water; condo perfect

Enjoyed the stay.

Nice renovation/updates compared to other condos we have stayed at in Sandpiper Cove. Condo is in a good location on the property. We enjoyed the covered parking. Will try to stay here again.

Amazing Condo

Exactly like the pictures! In walking distance to Louisiana Lagniappe and to the pool! Great stay with the family. Definitely will try to book this room again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Covered parking was located under our unit. Perfect for our family. Communication with property manager was great.

Overall great stay

This is a great location. We loved the condo. I personally did not care for the kitchen. The outside area could have been cleaned up a bit. The owners of the conecting condos just have stuff everywhere.

Great Location and reasonable price!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. This is a great location for people who enjoy pickleball and tennis. There were numerous courts right outside our door. The beach is a 5 minute walk to the communities private beach. We had all we needed in the condo which is ideal since we do most all of our cooking at home. There were many affordable options for shopping nearby and we were centrally located to all fun activities in the area. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Steps from the Beach

When advertised as "steps from the beach" as many places in FL do, this place actually is literally steps from the beach. The private beach was beautiful. Sandpiper Cove was lovely and quiet even though we were surrounded by people. Everyone was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Would definitely stay again if we get the change.
