A charming home located in Mane, on a spacious, tree-lined lot with a pool.

The house, which enjoys sunlight from all directions, is laid out as follows:
Upon entering, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas stove with oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle) and its dining area; to the left is a pantry with a fridge/freezer and storage space.
Next is the study, featuring an authentic Nordic-style wood-burning stove and a separate half-bath.

Upstairs, a beautiful bedroom with ample storage and a 160 cm double bed, followed by a spacious living room with Provençal charm, featuring a dining area, a library, and a sitting area with a TV, opening onto the back of the house (sunset view).
On the same level is the large bathroom with a bathtub.

On the second floor, there is a second south-facing bedroom with a 160 cm bed, followed by a comfortable mezzanine with exposed beams that serves as a sleeping area with two 90 cm single beds.
You also have access to a laundry area with a washing machine (accessible from outside the cottage) and, in the garden, a game room with ping-pong, billiards, and foosball.

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of 25% of the rental amount.
Upon receipt, a confirmation will be sent to you.
Booking fee: 60 €.
Security deposit: 1,000 €, payable upon arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning fee: 160 €.
Heating fee (wood and kerosene stoves) from 09/23 to 05/27: 100 € per week.
Water and electricity are billed separately based on consumption, as recorded by the meter, from September 23 to May 27.
Tourist tax: €1.10 per person over 18 years of age, per night.
