This property was very homey feeling. We had a small maintenance issue while there. He communicated well with us and was very accommodating. Great guy!! We look forward to rebooking this location in the future.

Beautiful beach place. Everything was clean and the home had everything we needed. Check in was easy, plenty of parking, and good communication from the host. The home had a lot of extras like a snack basket, coffee and tea pods, beach chairs and toys, sporting equipment, soft plush towels, and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hottub and sitting out by the fire pit. The next morning we walked to the beach. St Augustine Beach was absolutely beautiful.

We loved our stay at the Sunny Dayz! The house was clean & had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles. We loved the hot tub, super clean and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone staying in St. Augustine!

Beautiful beach house with a nice patio and outdoor area. Very clean with comfortable beds. Nice big dining area and sofa. We loved using the hot tub and grill. The location is perfect for exploring the beach and st Augustine attractions. We walked to the beach and lunch place. We enjoyed exploring St George Street and the fort.Check in and check out was easy. We will book again when we come back in November.

Fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The outside is a bit more declined than in the photos but still comfortable and easily accessible to walk to the beach. Very relaxing area!

After unusual freezing temps into our Florida spring time this year, some of our beautiful subtropical plants froze and are taking their time to grow back. But we do see new growth and hope by summer the blooming bushes will return

Property was just right for our 6 night stay. Perfect size, nice location with close by access to restaurants, the beach, and other attractions. We walked to the beach a couple times and took a short drive to other beaches a few times.We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful florida place! Was very clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub was amazing, large screened in area that we used nonstop. We loved walking to the beach in the morning, had brunch at a Restaurant close by and we grilled dinner on the patio. Location was perfect and so were the amenities. We had a very romantic stay!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the location. It is the perfect location for St Augustine Beach while still being an easy 10min drive to the historical downtown. We love how there is the beach and shops and restaurants-all walking distance from the cottage.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at this home in St. Augustine! It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do and usually within 30 minutes travel time. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day. We would absolutely stay here again!

10/10 Beach Stay!

We stayed for a couple nights and had the best time. The property was clean, had all the necessities, and even came with a friendly neighborhood cat! The host checked in on us and gave us some great recommendations. We hope to be back in the future!

We love how the back yard has a little bit of everything: a hammock to relax in, a small little fish pond, a large fire pit with seating, outdoor dining set, nice large paver patio and walkways, a side yard to throw or kick a ball around, cute bench and side table to wash off gear or debone a fish, plus a private screened in patio with seating, a grill, and a hot tub. Such a great property full of FL beauty.
