Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this villa has a breathtaking view of Saint Tropez and its bay (which can be admired from the bedrooms, the living room, the terrace and the swimming pool).

Always sunny, due to its southern exposure, this villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac.

8 people can sleep in this 160 m2 villa which has 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom or shower room
(Ground floor: 1 bedroom bed 160X200 with its shower room and WC,
1 bedroom with a 180X200 bed (or 2 90X200 beds) with its bathroom and WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160X200 bed with its bathroom and WC,
1 bedroom with a 180X200 bed (or 2 90X200 beds) and its bathroom with WC).

With its open kitchen (aesthetic, well-equipped and very functional), the living/dining room of 90 m2 opens, via a huge bay window with brick partition, onto the terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.

The 100 m2 terrace overlooks the private swimming pool of 11X5 meters (min depth: 1 meter and max depth: 2.5 meters). Slightly below the terrace, the swimming pool, with internal steps, is cleaned weekly and secured by a gate and is heated (from the beginning of April to the end of November) (optional, see price below). On its teak deck, 6 sunbeds allow you to enjoy the unique sea view.

A hut allows you to rest in the shade all day and fully enjoy the early evening with a drink.

In the wooded garden (olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, palm trees, pines...) children can play in a cabin in the shade of a cork oak. The garden also has a petanque court.

To relax, the villa has:
- a 5-seater jacuzzi with sea view (operates all year round). The jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained weekly by a professional. The water is changed for each new tenant.
- an outdoor sauna (operates all year round). The sauna has 7 colored lights for chromotherapy as well as a radio and MP3 player for listening to music.
- Ping-pong table

This unique villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beaches (public and private) and shops (3.5 kms). Located on the heights of Les Issambres, the car is essential.

Many services are included:
TV, Wifi, sunbeds, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso chain, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, 2 fridges, vacuum cleaner, fireplace in the living room, air conditioning.


From the villa you can easily visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, the beaches of Pampelone. You can also visit Saint Tropez by taking advantage of the river shuttles which depart from the port of San Peire (5 minutes by car) and which cross the bay in 20 minutes.
