We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Châtillon, this charming apartment of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, lounge and dining area with large dining table for 6 people
- An open kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : east facing with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : east facing with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : south-west facing with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m² facing south west with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Châtillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Châtillon is located 10 kilometers from Paris, 17 km from the Castle of Versailles, 8 km from Boulogne Billancourt (Bois de Boulogne, Fondation Vuitton Museum, Landowski Museum, Paul Belmondo Museum, Parc des Princes...) and 4 km from the Porte de Versailles.

Come to discover and visit the city known as the city of light and love during your stay!

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the numbered parking space, in the basement, reserved for the apartment and able to accommodate one vehicle.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Tramway T6 at 2 minutes, direct to the metro station line 13. With line 13, you have a direct access to the Montparnasse station.
- Bus N°394 to go to the Porte de Versailles exhibition center.
