Enjoy the beauty that is Ocean City without the madness of downtown. Just steps away from the beach, this one bedroom condo has all the amenities you will need to enjoy a family friendly beach vacation.

* Linens, sheets and towels are included with your stay at no additional charge.*

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a homemade meal. Don’t feel like cooking? There are many delicious restaurants and eateries that are just a short walk. Leave your car parked during your vacation and enjoy the warm weather.

**GUESTS BOOKING MUST BE 25 OR OLDER**

**Cleaning supplies are available for your use. Please do not remove them from the property unless they are empty**

The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer and dryer for your use.

Complimentary WiFi is available for guests. Flat screen TVs along with roku and a wii are available for your use.

Enjoy the gorgeous waterfront sunset from the deck.

An electric fireplace and heat is available for off season guests.

**Please note this is a self catering unit. A starter welcome basket is provided including toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. Should you require more during your stay, you will need to bring or purchase additional items. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure. A mid stay clean is available as an additional charge**

The unit is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as listed. Plenty to do within walking distance or a quick drive down coastal highway. We spent alot of time at the pool or walked to the beach. Also walked to Justines for ice cream. Host was very friendly and had someone come out and fix an issue that day. We would definitely stay again.

Great Host

Its honestly spooky how quick Diann would get back to me. If ever any issues she would get me an answer almost immediately. Couldnt ask for more from her. Have been here twice and will probably consider booking again next year as well!

Nice location

Cute. Easy access to beach and other places within walking distance. Nicer area than the boardwalk… boardwalk is kinda dumpy and overly congested, so this location is nice option because it still gives you plenty of options of things to do. They need to replace their patio furniture, the umbrella is nonfunctional… other than that everything else was great.

Great location. Very comfy. Very clean. Adorable “welcome basket”. Walls are paper thin. Bring ear plugs. Especially if any neighbors are having parties late at night.

First time to Ocean City

Very nice vacation. OC was very clean. We enjoyed the boardwalk. Getting around was easy. Our condo was walking distance to the beach. Stairs were a bit tough. Great exercise. Pool was clean. Located in North OC, we had many good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely return.

Great spot, short walk

Years ago I stayed on this block and I thought the walk to the beach was going to be much longer... Not at all! Short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and other resources within walking distance. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It is clear that the kitchen is equipped with "hand me downs" from home but it served our needs well enough. I would rent this unit again in the future.

Very nice 2 floor condo

This place is really nice and equipped with everything. Kitchen was fully functional with all your cooking needs. They put out a nice little toiletry basket filled with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps for bathing and dishes, coffee and popcorn. Beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds! Loved sitting out on the deck which had a beautiful view of the canal leading out to the bay. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance the best being Tail Chasers, great food and drinks. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Good for just us girls

Overall, this was a pleasant trip for my 9 year old and me. Not a five rating because: the lock system was difficult to operate when we first arrived - didn't want to take the code for the first 4 attempts; ceiling conduit holding fan cord had fallen when we arrived - host was very responsive, but didn't get fixed for over 24 hours making the fan inoperable and difficult to use the table; cleanliness was OK except for visible crumbs on the rugs both upstairs and down - don't know that it was vacuumed; 2 light bulbs out in the bathroom- very dim; no kitchen towels or pot holders provided - be sure to bring your own if planning to actually use the kitchen. I mention these things because I know the owner will have them addressed. Plusses: quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach access, balcony view, nice pool, and comfy space.

Super close to the beach!

Great place, very close to the dune crossing and has a nice pool. Walking distance to everything we needed and there’s bus stops ($3/day) going north and south right at the corner. My car didn’t leave the lot the whole time! Unit is great, there is a functional ice maker in the freezer which was amazing to have, appliances worked fine, we had a wonderful time.

Awesome place, perfect size!

We loved our stay here! The place was perfect with just the right amount of space to accommodate my family of 4. The property manager made sure everything was organized prior to our stay, and I really appreciated all the little items left for us (toiletries, dish tabs, washer tabs, dish soap, etc.) it was great not having to worry about those items! The view was spectacular and the walk to the beach was perfect. My only complaint is the mattress on the queen bed; it feels a bit worn down and it’s VERY loud/squeaky when you lay on it which was difficult for me going to bed and trying not to wake my 1-year-old in the room with me. Other than that, wonderful place! Will definitely consider in the future!

Adorable Beach Condo!!

My husband and I, as well as, our 2 girls (3 and 5) enjoyed our stay immensely. We all loved the decor. My 5 year old even said straight out that she loved the decorations. We all loved being able to see all the boats and the beautiful water. We even got to see the sunset every night on the balcony. Also really enjoyed being so close to the actual beach and stores. Definitely would stay again.

Great stay for families

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean and welcoming. Great location for a more quiet atmosphere but still a short drive to the boardwalk. Starbucks right on the corner and a short walk to the Green Turtle which we loved. Great pool as well. Plenty of shops and eateries near by. Would highly recommend.

Good Stay

Place was clean and conveniently located. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade your TV and Sling package to include local channels for news, etc. We also had issues with the TV video not working for all streaming media. Need to have entertainment that works for those rainy days.
