Recently renovated with a new private pool (heated upon request from Oct 1 - May 1), furniture, a tiki bar for entertaining, and an outdoor flatscreen TV, there will be no dull moments on this vacation. Plus, enjoying a cocktail on the patio each evening will be uninterrupted by pesky bugs, as a bug misting system has been installed. Be sure to make a playlist to set the mood each day, as the Bose surround sound system is ready to play favorite songs both inside and out. Inside, a wonderful full kitchen awaits the chef of the group with gorgeous grey countertops and stainless steel appliances, so sitting down for a homecooked meal at the dining table will be a great way to finish off each day. Plus, the high-speed WiFi will come in handy for any remote work or streaming favorite movies!

Sitting in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Village Green, this wonderful home away is convenient to shopping and the main thoroughfare to Anna Maria Island and a few blocks from the Blake Medical Center. Make the short drive to Robison Preserve or DeSoto National Memorial Park for a bit of fun in the sun and hiking trails that will give you a unique glimpse of Tampa Bay just four miles from your front door.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great house and pool

Had a great experience at this property. Nice neighborhood. Close to groceries, shopping and many restaurants. It takes around 45 minutes to drive to Anna Maria Island even though itā€™s not very far due to Lots of traffic during February. Definitely would recommend

Awesome private home

We loved this home! The pool area has a tv, grill and smoker with several seating areas. The bedrooms are at each end of the house, and very convenient to beaches!

Everything about the property was perfect! The house was spotless. Kitchen very well stocked with every pan or utensil you could think of. Same with bed sheets and towels. More than enough beach towels. The outdoor living was beautiful. It was too cold to use the gorgeous pool ! We will definitely be back! Thank You for a lovely stay!

Nice house in great location

The house is nice, well decorated and in quiet and safe neighborhood. Salted pool is excellent with spa and we enjoyed it very much. It's close to many beautiful beaches. We recommended this property if anyone ever visits Bradenton, FL.

Lovely, quiet close to event, restaurants, stores, and beach. Television/cable and surround sound confusing and unable to sort out with customer service. Only had Roku and Netflix- would have liked to have had access to local news and live tv.

Great place! The moment you walk in you feel like youā€™re on vacation. Loved everything about the rental! Pool was amazing! The whole outdoor area was great! Bedrooms are beautiful. Bathrooms are beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Home

We came for a baseball tournament at IMG and this home was perfect. Very clean house, comfortable living room furniture and beds in a very quiet and safe looking neighborhood. Very nice looking outdoor patio with travertine stone and small shaped pebble finished pool with plenty of outdoor chairs on the decking and seating under roof as well. Absolutely perfect for our stay!

Ten Weeks at "almost there"

This is a great place to stay! It is comfortable, well located, and has a lovely pool and spa. The kitchen has all the amenities most cooks need. VACASA and Shelly (the owner) responded promptly with answers to our questions. The house truly became our home away from home. We were sad to leave.

Nice stay

Our stay was great with a few negatives. We planned our meals with the grill and when we arrived the grill was not working. We thought the grill had no gas so we took the tank and replaced it with a new one and realized that it was still not working. I called and let them know and they said they would send someone to repair it but no one ever came. Then on the day we were checking out, we received a call from the manager stating that the owner called her saying that we had a dog at the property which was not true. They called like at 8am when we were all still sleeping. This house was very nice and clean but the is also a big mosquito infestation in the yard. Other than that I would stay there again.

Beautiful property

We stayed March 27 - March 31. The property was beautiful, the backyard was very relaxing and inviting. The beds are SO comfortable!! They had some beach matts, towels and beach bags for use. We left some kid toys, pool noodles and goggles. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved our whole stay !

House beautiful, pool issues

Loved the property. I would choose to stay when the pool does not need to be heated. Had multiple issues with pool, and Vacasa corporate was impossible to reach. Local managment was fabulous.

Great Bradenton Oasis!

I rented this property with another couple to attend a wedding in Palma Sola. The house was perfect to split between couples, since each bedroom provided a private bathroom. The pool area was the perfect outdoor oasis with privacy, outdoor speakers, tv and grill! The house is situated in a lovely residential neighborhood that was clean, quiet and safe. Ubers were easily accessible and the house is close by to necessities such as grocery, liquor store, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area. I would recommend reaching out 72 hours prior for pool heating access and to heat the hot tub for maximum enjoyment! Thank you for having us.

Stay

The property was well-maintained and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The pool and spa were also clean and the salt water was appreciated. The kitchen had many cooking utensils/servingware/storage containers. However, it would be nice if some kitchen staples could be provided such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap/bag, and salt/pepper. These are things we didn't want to purchase for a week's stay.

Vacasa was not very good w customer service

Multiple small things were broken or problematic about the stay. It wasn't enough to ruin the trip, but when you rent this property, you will deal with Vacasa not VRBO.
