Come relax in the great outdoors and enjoy the mountains in the charming Savoyard village of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, within the Sybelles ski area—the 4th largest ski area in France!<br><br>Our charming duplex apartment, which sleeps 6 to 8 people, is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet-style residence, with a south-facing balcony overlooking the Alpine mountains of the Maurienne.<br><br>Decorated in a mountain style, comfortable, and well-equipped, you’ll feel right at home here! <br><br>- Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find:<br><br>/ an entryway with a sleeping nook featuring 2 single bunk beds and a storage closet<br><br>/ a bedroom with 1 double bed and a storage closet<br><br>/ the main living area, the living room and dining area with a TV and a sofa bed that sleeps 1 or 2, featuring comfortable bedding.<br><br>/ a kitchen open to the main living area, with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, etc.<br><br>/ a shower room<br>/ a separate toilet<br>/ a furnished balcony <br><br>- Upstairs (mezzanine):<br><br>/ a bedroom with 1 double bed and storage space (you can add a crib)<br>/ a small hallway with 1 pull-out bed<br><br>For sleeping arrangements:<br>Duvets and pillows provided. <br>Sheets and towels not provided / option to rent linens --> must be reserved in advance and subject to availability (we recommend reserving at least 2–3 weeks in advance); contact us for more information.<br><br>You also have access to a secure ski locker with a double bottom, located at the building’s entrance.<br><br>Please note: Cleaning is not included in the rate and must be done before your departure. A security deposit will be required to confirm your reservation and will be returned to you upon departure after an inspection of the property and verification that the apartment is clean.<br><br>Highlights: <br>Winter: The apartment is located 200 meters from a private access point to the slopes as well as the ESF meeting point <br>Summer: To cool off, there’s a supervised swimming area 100 meters away, along with playgrounds for children. Numerous hiking trails start nearby, and the via ferrata is close by.<br>The tourist office, ski rental shop/lift ticket office, shops (bakery, mini-market), and restaurants are located near the residence, just 200 meters away (open during the summer and winter seasons; off-season, shops are located in the village center). <br><br>A family-friendly resort, Saint Sorlin has something for every taste and every age!<br><br>In the apartment, you’ll find hiking maps ranging from easy to difficult, as well as all the information about the many activities offered by the tourist office and the ESF, located across from the residence.<br><br>In winter, come enjoy 310 km of ski slopes in the Sybelles ski area!<br>The apartment is located 200 meters from the slopes (2 possible access points) and the ESF meeting point (see videos for access routes)<br><br>In summer, rent electric or traditional mountain bikes, go paragliding, try via ferrata, tree-top adventure courses, rock climbing and bouldering, trail running, mountaineering, donkey rides, and many other outdoor activities.<br><br>For pétanque enthusiasts, a pétanque court awaits you near the residence.<br><br>Bowling in the village and a movie theater in Saint Jean d’Arves, just a 5-minute drive away.<br><br>For your comfort, we provide some additional equipment: a raclette machine, a Savoyard fondue set, a crêpe maker, and 2 sleds in winter.<br><br>Directions: <br><br>Parking is available in front of the residence.<br><br>Located on the hills above Saint Sorlin, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the village center.<br>
