Welcome to our AMELIE cottage located in a village ideally placed to visit the treasures of Alsace just 10 minutes by car from Colmar.

LE68320 offers two independent gîtes that can accommodate adults only.
In a house adjoining that of the owners.
(2 people per gîte). Access to the 2 gîtes is via the spiral staircase located in a spacious entrance hall.

Each gite has a locked garage located in the courtyard of the property closed by an automatic gate so that you can park your vehicle as well as your bikes safely.

The cottage "AMELIE" located on the 2nd floor, very bright, with an area of 57m2, is equipped with underfloor heating and reversible air conditioning as well as double flow ventilation.

The kitchen is fully equipped open to the living room.

The bedroom has a large bed of 160x200 - dressing room & a safe. The bathroom with vanity unit and walk-in shower is adjoining the bedroom. Separate toilet.

We do not ask for cleaning fees, it will be done by us when you leave but we want the dishes to be done and put away, the fridge emptied, the bins to be taken out and to respect the selective sorting, Thank you in advance for your collaboration.

The exteriors:

A wooden terrace of 300m2 surrounding the heated swimming pool (9m x 4m Depth 1.50m) freely accessible from the beginning of May to the end of September to share with the two other holidaymakers of the ANTOINETTE cottage.

A grassy area of 400m2 as well as a wooded area.
A "WEBER" gas barbecue, a fridge, as well as various outdoor equipment and accessories will allow you to fully enjoy your summer days and evenings.
