Less than 2 blocks from Lift 7 and only 1 block from the Galloping Goose stop (the town’s free shuttle) and Clark’s Market, Owl Meadows 6 is in a wonderful location on the quiet west end of town. Just steps away from access to the San Miguel Trail and entrance to the 20 kilometers of groomed cross-country skiing, Owl Meadows 6 is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the gondola station.

This three-story townhouse offers breathtaking sunset views down the valley floor from numerous windows or from the deck that is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Delight in watching wildlife in the open space of the valley floor or the seasonal activities like Nordic skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, or paragliders drifting over the open valley in the warmer seasons. The modern living area comprises the entire top floor. The soaring twenty-foot vaulted ceiling and open floor plan lets in an abundance of natural light, and the radiant in-floor heating keeps it cozy. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen that is flanked by a galley with extra storage, a bar area and convenient powder room, a live-edge dining table with 10 chairs, and a warm gas fireplace in front of a plush sectional sofa and velvet swivel chairs in the den area.

For your comfort, each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and its own thermostat to independently control the radiant in-floor heating. On the second floor, the king/master suite has a balcony with french doors facing Ajax mountain, a walk-in steam shower and double vanities in the bathroom, and the second floor queen bedroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and humidifiers.

There are four handy pairs of boot dryers and ski racks in the private one-car garage, and ample storage under the stairs on the first floor. Plenty of jacket hooks and shoe trays help keep things organized in the first floor entry area.
