The Property
The 145 m² house is laid out as follows: On the first floor, a large living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a master suite with its own bathroom. Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms, each 13 m² (with 140-cm beds), and a shower room.

Outside, there is a 1,200 m² garden featuring several terraces that offer either sun or shade, depending on your preference.
The property faces southwest and overlooks a 2-hectare animal pasture (horses, sheep, dwarf goats, and chickens).
