Cozy Cabin! Amazing Location in Fish Creek! Pool!

Little Yellow Cottage, located in the heart of downtown Fish Creek, offers a delightful vacation experience. With its shared in-ground heated swimming pool, 2 cozy bedrooms, full kitchen, and amenities like high-speed internet and whirlpool tub/shower, it ensures a comfortable stay. The cottage is equipped with 3 Roku TVs and excellent internet for remote work, web surfing, or streaming. Its prime location allows easy access to Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek public beach, and local restaurants. Families with kids and dogs are welcome to enjoy the outdoor activities available, including kayaking, biking, fishing, and more.

The cottage provides sleeping arrangements for 4 adults and 2 kids, with two queen-size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa. Additional amenities include a pack 'n play for the little ones. Please note that the space is not suitable for 6 adults due to its compact size. This is a SMALL cabin! Only 500 square feet!

For added excitement, "The Adventure Shed" awaits guests at a nearby location. This unique storage unit houses various items exclusively available to Little Yellow Cottage guests, such as kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, a cooler, balls, a gas grill, fishing equipment, and winter adventure gear. The storage facility also provides parking for a vehicle, allowing direct access to Peninsula State Park or downtown Fish Creek by bike.

The cottage features a fenced-in, shared, heated in-ground swimming pool, open from June 10th to September 5th. Guests are advised to supervise children, adhere to pool hours, and follow guidelines such as avoiding glass and food in the pool area. The pool is cleaned and sanitized twice daily for hygiene and safety.

Outdoor relaxation is made possible with a firepit and patio chairs. While firewood is not provided, guests can enjoy small fires using the village-owned woods adjacent to the property. A propane grill is also available for use, with local gas stations providing propane filling or exchange services.

Pet fee is $35/day per dog

4. PET POLICY: Dogs can be allowed with prior approval by management and at $35 a day per dog. Absolutely no cats because we have allergic family members. Fee is applied after you book.

5. Security deposit of $500 is required. An email will be sent after you book where you can input your information. This is a "hold." We do not take any money out of your account, there is a hold placed 1 day before you arrive and released after your stay if no damages are done to the property and house rules are followed.

6. No refunds of any kind will be issued due to things outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

7. The WIFI with Door County Broadband has been very fast and reliable. However, we are in the country so spottiness can occur.

8. Absolutely no unauthorized guests or going over the occupancy limits. Sorry, no exceptions.

9. We attempt to ensure every effort is made to assure the accuracy of this ad, however, errors may occur. We will do our best to keep all information current and accurate. Sometimes things outside the homeowners control may happen and if they do the homeowner will attempt to resolve them, but is not liable.

10. Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

MANAGEMENT:
"Little Yellow Cottage" is managed by Little Adventure Vacation Rentals LLC and takes no liability for damage caused by you or your guests. Or local, state, or federal violations caused by your party. Little Yellow Cottage is registered with the Door County Tourism Zone.
