Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom bungalow. Ideal for romantic getaways, vacations or the business traveler looking for a hotel alternative. Fully fenced backyard with a lovely and private deck patio. Walking distance to all amenities, minutes away from all the main attractions of Clifton Hill. The home is professionally decorated with stainless appliances. Extra precautions have been taken and we have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests.

If you are looking for an incredibly cozy place in Niagara Falls, look no more as you have found it. This place is close to most attractions and not to mention one of the seven wonders of the world "The Falls". The home offers 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as sofa bed to accommodate the number of guests specified in the listing. Kitchen with pots and utensils to cook your own meal or if you like order in from one of the local restaurants.

In only a 1.3km walk, you'll be standing at the top of Clifton Hill! At the bottom of Clifton Hill you'll be able to feel the mist of the falls on your face! The house is a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

The house is perfect for a couples or family retreat. The bedroom is a queen size bed with new premium quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and thick luxurious towels. The house is ideal for up to four people.

High-speed Internet, Wi-Fi and television are all included.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Toaster, Coffee maker and electric kettle are also there for your convenience.

Plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water are stocked for your enjoyment. Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil are also stocked in the kitchen for your convenience. Nothing is worse than waking up in the morning to no coffee!

The backyard is nicely maintained with a privately fenced yard and a beautifully furnished large deck patio. The long driveway will comfortably fit up to three cars.

Cute Cottage!

We were here for 3 nights. The location was great for us. Close to where our friends were staying and Not too far from the Falls. The cottage had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. It was very comfortable. Weā€™d come back and weā€™d recommend it! Thx

Small, nice home in a great location

House was perfect for us and our small dogs. AC/heat worked well. Door code was easy to remember. I would go again. My only complaint is that the tv/cable box etc setup was super slow working to the point that it seems like it's quit working at times.

3 outside spaces for a coffee or wine and cheese break. Check-in could have been difficult - the door code was to be my phone number, but had not been loaded. I arrived 15 min. before 3 and got in by the cleaning staff. If I had arrived 15 min after 3 when they had left, my phone number would not have unlocked the door.

Close to everything

The home was close to everything and we enjoyed spending time in the yard. The internet and air conditioning worked well and the sinks and shower had good water pressure and the hot water did not run out. The home is older and slants to the right and the bathroom door is challenging to close, but for the price, we overlooked the shortfalls. If you close the bedroom door, you can get the room nice and dark for sleeping in or an afternoon nap. We took a couple short walks around the block, which we enjoyed. Of course being close to Niagara Falls was the best part of the trip. There are nightly fireworks through October 9th. This was definitely worth a quick drive to see the fireworks over the falls and the illuminated falls at 10pm.

bicycle vacation

My husband and I brought our bicycles. The shed in the backyard was a perfect storage area for them. Location was a quick walk to the top of Clifton hill. Check in was super easy with the automatic keypad. The keypad was also very nice as we didn't have to worry about a key. The outdoor seating is really great.

Perfect for our visit - close to the falls and also a peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed our time at the Urban Cottage. The house was clean and comfortable. It was within reasonable walking distance from the attractions at Clifton Hills and also the falls themselves. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. It was very quiet which was a nice change from the hubbub of the tourist areas. We really enjoyed our boat ride, the sky wheel, and the Niagara Power Plant Museum and tunnel. We also recommend strolling through the Queen Victoria Gardens and people watching. The local Indian restaurants are way better and more reasonably priced than the "touristy" restaurants and quite close to the cottage. Also, get a Beavertail. We had the Cinnamon and lemon variety. Yum!
