Welcome to Saint-Raphaël on the French Riviera. We offer for rent a beautiful 290m2 villa composed of two houses combined into one, ideal for bringing together the whole family while maintaining privacy. It can accommodate up to 14 people thanks to its 7 bedrooms.

You will be ideally located on the heights of Anthéor in a private and secure estate overlooking the coves of Saint-Raphaël, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Esterel. The setting is stunning and provides a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The villa consists of two identical houses on two floors, each with an independent entrance. Both entrances are located on the second floor.

Garden:
In the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful private infinity pool with sea view, equipped with many sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a pétanque field.

There are many local activities for all ages, such as scuba diving, jet skiing, tubing, pedal boat rental, kayaking, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, hiking, or buggy rides in the Esterel. You will have plenty of choices to fill your long summer days with family or friends. The beaches are located at the foot of the estate.

You will be 30 minutes from Cannes, passing through the Esterel and crossing the coves with the most beautiful views of the French Riviera, and 50 minutes from Nice airport.

ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS:
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be provided automatically via a key box from 4pm at the property address.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights and upon request, linens will be provided for an additional fee. A request for an additional payment for the tourist tax may be required depending on the chosen booking platform.

SERVICE:
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed. After that, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses, and more.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit in the form of an online bank authorization may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
