NEW Villa incredible view 6 minutes walk from the beach

Mediterranean style, our magnificent villa offers an incredible view of the entire bay of Rosas, including from the swimming pool! The house extends over 3 levels connected by an elevator. It can accommodate 13 people with its 4 bedrooms + 1 independent studio:
On the 3rd level there is an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms with king size beds 2 meters wide and a bathroom.
On the 2nd level there is 1 bedroom with a double bed in 140, 1 large bedroom with 4 beds in 90 and a bathroom.
On the 1st level is an independent studio with a kitchenette, a shower room, a double bed and a single bed.
All rooms and the studio are equipped with reversible air conditioning (air conditioning / heating in winter). A 4x8m swimming pool and solarium are located above the house, preserved in nature and offer incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.
In addition to the swimming pool, the house has many terraces and nooks and crannies to take meals, aperitifs or naps depending on the time of day or night. A summer kitchen with sink, refrigerator and gas plancha are also available, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and freezer. The house is equipped with wifi.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet residential area, 6 minutes walk from the beach, 9 minutes walk from the port where the fishermen sell their catch of the day and 12 minutes walk from the center of Roses.
The rental period in July and August is 7 nights minimum.
By car, the pretty village of Cadaques is 20 minutes away, the beautiful coves of the Begur region (Sa Tuna, Callela de Pallafrugel, etc.) are just an hour's drive away and in 2 hours you are in Barcelona. There are many coves that are easily accessible by boat around the Bay of Roses and can be the subject of very pleasant boat days.
The particularly mild climate of this region allows you to enjoy it in all seasons.
In July and August, rentals are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
