A large south-facing terrace of over 80 m² and the expansive grounds surrounding the guesthouse allow you to enjoy the view and the great outdoors, completely secluded from neighboring homes and away from busy roads and traffic.
Completely renovated in 2022, this home offers over 320 m² of living space and features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (including 2 en suite), 4 separate restrooms, a large living room with a billiards table, a mezzanine-level game room with a reading/coloring corner, 2 TVs, a large living-dining room on the first floor with a traditional tiled stove, featuring a large table over 4 meters long that can seat the whole family, a modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the main room, and a large bar.
