Welcome to the Grande II Tiny Home at Rivers Edge Marina. Located off the banks of Logan Martin Lake, a weekend at the lake in a tiny home is an ideal vacation.

Welcome to our Grande II model. This home is located inside Rivers Edge Marina. Located right off the banks of Logan Martin Lake, we are 15 minutes off of I-20 and easily accessible. This Tiny Home is apart of our three house Tiny Home community. With a water view off the front porch and amazing sunsets you are sure to have a grand time.
This home features a one bedroom with a loft floorpan. Sleeping up to 6 the way It is designed. (Could sleep more in loft). The bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and a 32" tv. The loft has two twin beds, and the living room has a couch that pulls out into a full bed.
In the living room you will find a smart TV with Hulu TV provided. A dining table that seats four, along with two barstools under the kitchen bar to make room for 6 to eat. Their is a couch that seats three that faces towards the tv.
In the kitchen you will find a full size refrigerator, stove oven, and microwave. A coffee maker for them early mornings.
The bedroom features closets with barn style doors, and drawers for storage. Memory foam queen mattress. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Our Tiny Home community offers a community deck which is where the gas grills are located, along with a gas fire pit with seating for plenty to enjoy the deck.
Comes with a designated wet slip for your boat. (Trailer parking included) If you don't own a boat, the marina offers luxury Bennington boat rentals that can be arranged for your stay.
Homes have wifi.
Must be at least 21 years of age to rent the home. No parties, loud noises, or obnoxious behavior allowed.
These homes are in a full service marina which means during business hours their will be the sounds and traffic of a full service marina. We offer a 24/7 fuel dock, a restaurant on summer weekends, a sandy playground with beach area on the lake.

As soon as you pull into Rivers Edge Marina, you will make an immediate right and park in the driveway located behind the Tiny Homes. Please park in the spot behind your Tiny Home.

Awesome place to stay! The propane for the grill went empty while I was there and the owners had one there within 10 minutes. Very clean and great view of the river from the front porch. I highly recommended this place!

We stayed in the tiny house and had a great experience. We had an issue with the AC and they were out within minutes to get it resolved and checked up on us the next day. It is an adorable place!

We highly recommend staying here. We did not get to enjoy the lake but would have loved to. We were in town for a SASP Shooting event at CMP. The rental was clean, very well maintained and decorated nicely. We will stay here again next year.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Thereā€™s only two things I would change: my length of stay and the reason for my visit. WE travel to slogan Martin fishing each year with our best friends. The tiny house was perfect for the four of us! Sleeper sofa was comfy, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals each day, bed was comfy too. Everything was spotless! We will be back!

Beautiful, well appointed Tiny House. The kitchen utensils were great even though we didnā€™t need to use them this trip. The loft needs window coverings since the house next door can see in if someone is in the loft. We will definitely be back.

Tiny home trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was spotless and smelled very clean upon our arrival. It was very close to restaurants, stores for grocery shopping, quiet this time of year on the lake which was fine but Iā€™m sure it is booming during the summer months. The tiny home had everything we needed, absolutely loved it, just the right size for the 2 of us. We will definitely consider one of these tiny homes for the future. Thanks so much!

This was a great place to stay! Peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. After we checked out and got about 30 minutes out we realized we forgot something. We called and he extended our code so we could go back and get what we needed. Fishing trip

The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who donā€™t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didnā€™t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon

Amazing Tiny Home!

This home was perfect for our family of 4! My daughter loved the loft and the space was perfect for our family. The beds were all comfortable, with plenty of options! The kitchen is beautifully done with plenty of space. Overall the home was very clean, perfect size and the location was just what we needed. The Marina also has a park that our daughter played on a few times! We were less than an hour to Birmingham. Publix was less than 10 min away and the location was nice a quiet at night! Thank you for a wonderful stay and quick response to my communication!

3 friends and I stayed at this wonderful tiny house while riding at Barber Motorsports. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Having laundry was an added bonus as we all got pretty sweaty while riding the track. Amazing location and very friendly
