Villa with pool located above Tucepi on the Makarska Riviera, 1 km from the center. This newly renovated stone house is spread over 230 sqm. The ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, living room with seating elements, here the sofa can be used as a extra bed for two children. From the living room you come to the large terrace with garden furniture, swimming pool with stunning views of the sea, lying by the pool, an outdoor shower. There are 4 parking spaces available. A covered barbecue area is also there.

Perfect villa, perfect location, perfect hosts!

The most beautiful villa with a fantastic pool and the most stunning view you could wish for. As people who rarely travel abroad, were helped out so much before our visit by Matea, who helped to organise our airport transfers and rental car and also answered all our questions. On the day of our arrival, our flight was delayed, but again this was all dealt with without issue and the taxi driver even offered to take us to the supermarket on our way to the villa. Vanja took us up to the property, which is up a very steep hill, so a rental car is a must. She showed us around and made sure we had our hire car before she left. The fridge was well stocked with drinks which was a lovely welcome. We arrived in the dark, so opening the shutters the next morning was amazing- the view is breathtaking... and the sunsets are beautiful. We did a couple of excursions whilst we were there (boat to Korcula and coach to the waterfalls, both stunning) but could quite easily have stayed in the villa and in the pool all week. Tucepi has so many lovely places to eat, food is amazing, the people there are incredibly welcoming. Vanja helped us out so much, sorting out a parking space in Tucepi, picking us up from the villa on our last day and making sure our taxi picked us up. We had the most amazing week here and would recommend it to anyone. We would be back in a heartbeat. For trips out, Places to Visit has an app that you can download on your phone and book from there, if you search for visits from Tucepi it comes up with about 40 different trips that all leave locally.

Toller Urlaub

Ideale Lage für Berg- und Wassersport. Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage außerhalb von Tupeci. Ausstattung ist gut. Es fehlt eine Spülmaschine. Haus ist für Familienurlaub geeignet. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war problemlos.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 16, 13 und 7 und ein Hund) haben spontan ( wir haben einfach einen Urlaub am Meer gebracht) dieses Objekt angemietet und am nächsten Tag nach Kroatien gefahren. Auf dem Weg dorthin hatte ich schon mir Gedanken gemacht ob alles so sein wird wie es auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung steht…. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!!! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Das Hause ist eine Mischung zwischen rustikal und modern sehr toll kombiniert. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann richtig vom Alltagsstress abschalten. In der Nähe findet man alles… Lidl, Tankstellen, kleine Läden und viel mehr. Und die Gegend, die Strände und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nicht zu übertreffen! Also wir können es nur empfehlen. Wir sind immer noch alle sehr traurig, dass der Urlaub vorbei ist. Vielen Dank and die Vermieter!!!👍

Great Family Vacation

This was our second visit to this beautiful house. We loved it so much from our first stay that we had to come back. Located on the top of the mountain, the view is astonishing, and the house is totally undisturbed from others. We highly recommend it.

Oasis of silence with spectacular views

The house is one of the most beautiful we have ever rented. The exterior with verandas and balconies is just lovely, with gorgeous sea and mountain views. The interior is nicer than in the photos, as some rooms (living room and one of the bedrooms) have new equipment and furniture. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. There´s no dishwasher, but it was not important for us. The owners are very nice, they have prepared some sweets, soft drinks and local wine for us. The house is on the edge of the Postup settlement with only a few stone houses. Its location ensures complete privacy. A car is necessary for shopping and going to the beach, a narrow road down and back to Tučepi requires a good driver. Parking at the beach was provided at another owners´s property next to the sea and close to city centre. The pool is illuminated at night - perfect for night swimming with views of the illuminated city. There is no shallow in the pool, make it not very suitable for small children. We will be happy to return!

Top of The Hill

We had a great stay! The pictures doesn’t do the house or view justice - the house is beautiful and the view astonishing. The house is the last house on the hill, totally undisturbed. Everything was very clean and well taking care off - The owners of the house is also very sweet and helpful. This was one of our best vacations ever, and we hope to come back

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus ist neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Kleinigkeiten die noch fehlten wurden prompt von den freundlichen Vermietern nachgereicht. Der Pool ist ein Traum!!!!!!! Ein toller Ort um bei schönem Wetter aufs Meer zu schauen. Hinter sich hat man eine tolle Bergkulisse. Selbst nach einer Woche konnten wir uns immer noch für diesen wunderschönen Blick begeistern. Das Grundstück ist mit Steinmauern umgeben und man hat eine Zufahrt durch ein Tor. Das Auto steht direkt mit auf dem Grundstück. Ideal auch für einen Hund. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten auch die Möglichkeit unser Auto im Schatten in Strandnähe zu parken. Ansonsten parkt man direkt auf dem Grundstück am Haus und kann vor dort auch runter nach Tucepi laufen (ca. 30 Minuten) – der Aufstieg wird dann etwas schweißtreibender ;-) da das Haus oberhalb von Tucepi am Berg liegt. Die Zufahrt endet in einer Sackgasse – absolut ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren!!!!!!!!!!
