Just 200 meters from the heart of Vallon Pont d'Arc and its shops, and 2 km from the entrance to the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve (home to the Pont d'Arc, the Cave, and the world’s oldest cave paintings discovered to date...) we offer three air-conditioned, self-contained villas for 4 people, each with its own pool.
Full of charm, situated on a wooded and enclosed lot in a quiet setting, these newly built homes will delight you with their spaciousness, contemporary furnishings, and prime location.
These fully equipped villas have 64 m² of living space. They feature one bedroom with a large double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
They are identically equipped and face south.

Each villa has its own secure private pool (7 m x 3.60 m) and an entrance gate. The pools are open from late April through late September.
Each villa is set on over 1,000 m² of wooded and landscaped grounds. The property encompassing the three homes is fenced (remote-controlled gate and digital code).
Ideally located, just a stone’s throw from Vallon Pont d’Arc (Ardèche Plein Sud) and its many activities (for example, there’s no need to take your car to go grocery shopping or visit the night market…), yet in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood (Saint Laurent neighborhood). Near the villas, you’ll find walking trails, bike paths, mountain bike routes, and tree-top adventure courses…
Each villa faces south, and a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room opens onto the pool.
You won’t have any trouble parking, and you can even park your car under an open carport.
