Very well equipped, very ventilated, it has beautiful terraces, a salt pool, and a jacuzzi, ideal for resting and having a good time... A real paradise!

From the villa, many walks and swimming possible, surfing, magnificent sunsets on the small cliff... and all this without taking the car!
Indeed, the villa is located only 8 minutes walk from "Pierre et Vacances", its beaches, its tourist infrastructures and its renowned restaurant, "Le Balaou".
For surfing enthusiasts, the beach of "Gros sable" is only a 5-minute walk away.
A private access allows you to take the coastal path, which also leads to the famous beach of "Bois Jolan" and its turquoise lagoon lined with coconut palms.

On the other hand, only 8 km separate us from the seaside resort of St-François, its marina, its restaurants, its night market, its international golf course, its casino, its nautical base, its fishing port and its ferry terminal which serves the rest of the archipelago.

At the villa we have a 3500 liter cistern and we never feel the cuts!
Unfortunately, the villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (steps).
Linen (sheets, towels, pool towels, dish towels) are provided.
An in-stay cleaning service is available as an option.
