Relax in paradise! Your cozy studio is STEPS away from a PRIVATE entrance to #1 rated Siesta Key Beach, a short walk to shops and restaurants. This location is AMAZING! A large outdoor pool is right outside your entrance. Tennis, Pickleball Courts, Shuffle Board, Basketball, BBQs, a Clubhouse and more! Your condo comes furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots of amenities. A Fully Stocked Kitchen, Fast WiFi, SmartTV, Beach Chairs, Private Parking and MUCH MORE!

The studio is ground level just steps to the private entrance to the beautiful views of our white sand beach. This is a great space for anyone who does not like to navigate a lot of stairs or elevators and would prefer to walk directly to the beach in just a couple of minutes. In terms of location and ease to the beach, this property is an absolute gem!

Our studio has a very comfortable queen bed as well as a queen sofa bed that pulls out to accommodate an optional 3rd guest.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for those who would like to cook their own meals. We are also very close to shops and restaurants.

There is a small sitting area outside our studio overlooking one of the community pools. Beach towels and and beach chairs are provided.

Parking, Location and Getting Around Siesta Key:

Parking: Right outside the condo back door is a private parking spot for you to use during your stay.

From Airport to Siesta Key: In terms of getting here from the airport, we are closest to Sarasota airport. Uber and Lyft are available at Sarasota airport as well as a taxi service. If you fly into Tampa, then it could get more expensive to Uber since it is a good distance away (1.5 hours away).

Getting Around Siesta Key:
When you get to Siesta Key, there are multiple options to travel from Casa Mar (our condo complex) to the other areas of Siesta Key.

There is a free trolley that comes every 20 minutes and it stops at the SCAT bus station right in front of Casa Mar. This trolley will take to you both North and South Villages (that have shops and restaurants and are about 1-2 miles away).

The following shuttles are also available. They do not charge a fee but do operate on tips:

Both villages have rentals for bikes, scooters and golf carts.

This is an older condo that has been remodeled. Our hosts has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is quite a walk to the beach but well worth it. We were so impressed with how immaculately clean it is kept. We would recommend this host to all travelers and will book it again for next year!

We could not have asked for a better location, a more helpful/pleasant host or a more wonderful getaway. Our place was lovely, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. So close to the beach and some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen! Would love to come back for a longer visit.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Fan was quiet!The kitchen had dish soap and paper towels and coffee filters. Little things that are really a nice touch. Would have liked more glasses.Bathroom has plenty of toilet paper bath products and towels. Lots of clothes hangers. Nice to have a clothes line outside.Had an issue with the door lock when checking in. Owners responded immediately and followed up to make sure everything was okay.Would stay here again.

Perfect little studio! Everything you need when you enter, staples, stocked bathroom, beach accessories! Communication with the owners was impeccable. Short walk to beach. Pool just outside your door. We loved it!

It was an amazing place. All the amenities on site in case you forgot them. Aka beach towels, suntan lotion, bathroom products, etc. Located in front of the pool and just steps from the beach. There are umbrellas and noodles and an inflatable tube and a beach stroller to put everything in. It is a cute decor inside with all the kitchen necessities to cook at home. Just take the free Frog Hop down to the Village to go to the market. They everything there. What a wonderful experience. They were theost gracious hosts. Will go back again!

Beautiful Sunset

We had a lovely stay! Between days at the beach and then relaxing by the pool, i really couldn't have asked for much more then that! Siesta Keys will always be one of my favorite beaches and having access to that was just topping on the ice cream :) our place was smaller then expected, however, it did not disappoint. It was right across the pool, so I was at ease sending my sons out to play while I cleaned up and prepared lunch and or dinner. The highlight of our stay was seeing the BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS!! Pictures do not do them justice! I definitely would love to rent the space again and make it a yearly vacation trip :) The only SMALL negative that I had, was the baking pan that was left inside the stove was dirty and the kitchen floor. But other then that, everything was great!!

It was all good. The host were very nice and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs and questions whenever we asked them about anything really. Golf cart is a must if you donā€™t have a rental car or didnā€™t drive to the location. The pictures of Casa Mar only show the two big rental units that are right on the beach, but doesnā€™t show all the smaller units that are away from the beach with a short walking distance. Privacy of the beach was great. Our unit was updated and in nice condition. The TVā€™s are a little much to try and use especially to watch live TV and not just movies, but whoā€™s watching TV anyway at the beach.We highly recommend the location and we will be back again.

Location and proximity to beach was wonderful.Owner was responsive when needed.Unit we stayed in was a little smaller than anticipated, but adequate.Black out drapes would be helpful to block early morning sun and night security lights on property.

Long weekend at the beach

The location, private beach, amenities, and nearby free trolley to shops and restaurants made this the perfect place for my daughter and I to relax, play in the water, and get a sunburn! The condo was great - the bed and couch comfy and all the little extras in the stocked kitchen were much appreciated. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Convenient to everything a vacationer needs!

This is a one-story courtyard condo near the pool, laundry and steps to a beautiful soft and cool sand beach. The bed is comfortable and there is a full kitchen area and grills nearby. We enjoyed restaurants and live music less than a mile away! Highly recommended!

Beachfront Getaway

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this beachfront accomodation! The location couldnā€™t be more perfectā€”just steps away from the ocean.The home itself is packed with thoughtful features and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook (and then some!), including a blender, coffee maker, and spices. The living space was bright, airy, and tastefully decorated with beachy vibes throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. We will definitely return

Siesta Key Private

This condo was accurately described on the listing. Very clean and contact with the host was top notch, easy check in. The property was well maintained and easy access to the private sugary sand Siesta Key beach. Just note it is 1 to 2 people tops. We will definitely be back! Overall an excellent experience!

my friend and I were looking for a relaxing week right by siesta beach, and this place made it all possible. the hosts were incredibly accommodating and there were so many items they provided that I wouldnā€™t have even thought to bring but we ended up needing. communication was excellent, and they are both so sweet! literally steps away from the beach and the pool was so lovely as well.

Fantastic Stay

This cute and cozy condo was perfect for my birthday week! Steps from the gorgeous Siesta Key Beachā€¦without any driving or looking for a car space was key! Fun on the beach, a swim in the warm pool and back up for a gorgeous sunset! Everything you need and super relaxing!! Will be back!!!
