“Paradise Found” RECENT TESTIMONIAL

My husband and I spent 10 WONDERFUL days in this unit at Ekolu Village for our honeymoon! We LOVED our condo and felt it was a very good deal! The community was very quiet...As the sun rose on our first morning in Maui, I fell in love with the view of paradise from our very private lanai and private garden. We had a sliding glass door that walked out to a secluded patio off of the master suite and two full sliding glass doors off of the living room revealing a clear view of the Pacific Ocean and the grounds below.

The living room doors opened up to a lovely lanai with a table and chairs where we had breakfast and coffee each morning as well as a lounge chair for sunning and two more chairs in the corner that made a nice area for reading, talking, and reflecting.

The kitchen had just about everything we needed (except spices, of course) including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, microwave, dishwasher, roomy refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker) coffee maker, blender, knives, cutting board, and all of the necessary gizmos and gadgetry such as can openers, spatulas, slotted spoons, garlic press, etc... The living room was roomy and comfortable with a large flat screen TV, cable TV, High speed internet, couch chairs, etc., and a lovely dining room with the table nicely set.

The master suite was very nice with a comfortable king size bed. The two full baths were excellent. The entire condo was spotless and the grounds were immaculate! There were many other extra touches such as two fresh orchid leis and a nicely wrapped 'honeymooners' present left for us on the table which was a beautiful Maui 'coffee table' book that we will treasure as a souvenir from this fabulous trip. Beach towels and fresh bath towels were provided. The front desk personnel were very helpful with giving directions, suggestions, and helping to make arrangements.

Wailea is a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet. My husband and I would LOVE to return to this condo in the future. The owner was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. When we left, we made a commitment to not only come back to Wailea, but to the same unit as we felt nothing could have been better!

On our annual trip to Maui this year we throughly enjoyed the unit. Great location, great parking, great views, great host and management team, everything you need for a wonderful experience. Very responsive to all our needs.

Amazing location and condo

This property is great. Amazing location, with beautiful sunsets every day from the lanai. Very well equipped, property management was incredible, there was nothing at all to complain about, only enjoy! Will definitely recommend and stay at this condo again!

Maui Love

Beautifully decorated condo with great ocean view, well outfitted kitchen, comfortable bed. Air conditioned and very comfortable. We were two, but four could work due to two bathrooms, (but other two would be in the living room). Some road noise, but otherwise perfect. Highly recommend.

Great setup in beautiful Wailea.

Joe was very responsive and helpful. The unit was clean, well laid out and well stocked with cooking requirements, utensils, dishes, wine glasses and martini glasses (thanks!). 15 minute walk to the beach path which makes for a great morning workout. Pool and grill were within 120 steps of the unit. Very nice place to spend some time on Maui.

Beautiful View!

We’ve stayed in this general area previously and love the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, given its age. It was nice that it was part of Hyatt since they could bring us some extra coffee filters and towels for our long stay. They were super responsive and even brought us cookies that were delicious. The view from the patio was spectacular! The grounds were also nicely maintained. We did not go to the pools but walked by them, and they were nice. Not crowded and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes; although, we ate out most of the time. Our only concern with this property was the upstairs person. She was on our back patio one day and caught her by the front door 3 times when we came back from being out. She also came down to close our screen door when we were there which startled us. While I’m not sure why she was hovering over the unit, she appeared friendly when we saw her. I hid my valuables for this reason. Maybe having a safe inside would be beneficial. Overall a nice property, though.

The condo has all the amenities for a comfortable island stay. We love the ocean views and privacy from the lanai. The management office is close by and easy to reach if needed. Like the ease of parking and convenient location of the condo.

Big mystery. Who was renting the property? The owner? VRVO? Destination resorts? We spent ours trying to figure this out and going from place to place. Moreover, once we finally got in the property the floor was dirty, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and the television didn’t work

Great condo

Had a great time at this condo. Beautiful view. It's a short walk down to the Wailea shops. A bit up hill to get back, but good excercise. It's near the road, but road noise is very minimal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Best views of ocean!

Very comfortable. Clean. Lots of birds in the morning! Great view of the ocean from a distance. A mile walk to the beach, so not where you want to stay if you crave beach time.

Relaxing Piece of Paradise

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a short drive to Ulua beach and a quick walk to the Shops at Wailea. We loved the view from the lanai, where we enjoyed our take-out at every lunch and dinner. It was the perfect size and location for us. The complex was also so quiet despite it being a busy time of year to visit. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Superb Stay

My wife & I selected this property after a lot of looking across Vrbo & other competitors I apparently am not allowed to name in this review…. We normally aim to stay as close to the beach as possible, but this time decided to stay upland a bit…. And we have ZERO regrets about that choice! The property is wonderfully placed, only a short drive (3-5 minutes) from the beach and easily accessible to shopping & great restaurants. The absolute best thing about the spot was the view though. In fact, I’d say the pictures posted here don’t actually do the view justice. We would spend every moment we could enjoying the view - mornings enjoying the view, some coffee and reading the news, but especially when the sunset occurred directly in our sight line. Next time we go back to Maui, this place will be on the top of our list to check!

Lovely spot!

Great time of year to visit and this place was great. Parking spots were hard to come by two of the nights as they are not assigned. We just walked a bit :). The unit had no issues and the Check-in Desk Customer Service folks were lovely. I had emailed the owner regarding our check-in and didn't hear back regarding the actual address of the unit. I needed that for our airline ticket check-in details from Canada as they require to know where you're staying. I had to use the unit number my daughter was staying in as I knew we were in the same complex. Comfy bed, great view, and it's Maui!

Exceptional experience for my first visit to Maui.

My sister who is an owner in the Ekolu complex, rented this condo for us and given it was our very first trip to Maui, the condo was perfect! Magnificent ocean, and serene lush views. The condo was very comfortable. Great location and an easy walk to shops and dining. We would most definitely rent this unit again.

Great location and view

We stayed for 5 nights and this place was perfect. Nice location; just a short walk down to the Wailea resorts and restaurants. The unit is off the main road enough that we did not notice any regular noise from traffic. The Lanai felt very private and had a lovely view - perfect spot to watch the sunset. Overall great value and we'd love to return!.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed this beautiful condo - it was very clean and comfortable. The lanai is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Our only issue was the noise. Mostly the traffic noise early in the morning- sounds like Indy 500! Crazy. Also guy sweeping sidewalks at 6:00 a.m. didn’t help. If it weren’t for the noisy location, it would be perfect.

I live in the SF Bay Area and love to vacation in Maui. I think you will love the condo! The views are great, and the unit is in excellent condition. All of my friends and family who have stayed in the unit always come back, saying what a great location we have.

I especially like the Wailea area best due to the beautiful beaches (and in nearby Makena) as well as the shopping. You can walk to the Shops at Wailea and the beaches from the condo. You also have access to 2 beautiful pools and BBQs/ There is also a BBQ on the lanai. We have been coming to Maui each year in December, spending Christmas and New Year's for the past 8 years. There is so much to do on Maui, yet there is also a feeling of peace and quietness. This is a perfect match for the best of both worlds!

I originally came to Maui on a Timeshare presentation and considered buying a timeshare. A friend of mine, a Realtor, showed me the alternatives, and owning in Wailea was like a dream come true! I used to drive through Wailea all the time as I like the beaches here best, even when I was staying in Kanaapali, and I used to think how gorgeous it was and how much nicer the weather here is as opposed to elsewhere on the island. I love the location of the condo, too. It has an excellent private feel to it, and the views of the tops of palm trees and the ocean are fantastic! You can see the Molikini Crater all the way to Molikini from Lanai!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There is a large private flat patch of grass just outside the lanai, and it offers excellent views (with the ocean rising above the patch of grass). The unit is a single-level condo on the lower floor (so no stairs to climb up with all of your luggage) that offers a view generally seen from the two-story units. This is because the condo is perched upon a semi-private bluff at the back of the community. There is easy access to the pools and BBQ, too. My favorite thing is to walk along the golf course in the morning when it is quiet and no one else is outside. Staring out at the ocean is incredible, as the views are amazing. We are located on the Wailea Old Blue golf course, with an unobstructed view of the ocean from your lanai, a 10-minute walk to the ocean, a 5-minute drive, close to shopping, Maui municipal bus 5 minutes away, very quiet, ground floor unit, pool right outside our front door, parking 30 ft. from the condo. We have a 40' plasma wall-mounted TV and luxury vinyl plank flooring in the master bedroom. The unit is also very well maintained and is very peaceful!
