Farmhouse completely renovated, adjoining the owner's house and gîte 1, 1000 m from the village of Guisseny and its shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist-newspapers, mini-market, hairdresser, pharmacy, medical and dental office...)
The gîte. On the first floor: entrance, fully equipped and fitted living room (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave...) a bedroom with double bed 1.60x2.00m, a shower room, WC. Washing machine
On the first floor: Mezzanine/Relaxation area, TV lounge.
1 bedroom with two single beds 0.90x1.90m,
In front of the house, courtyard and wooden terrace of 20m2. Garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue are at your disposal. Storage annex (Bicycles, car trunk...)
Practical: rental from Saturday 17:00 to Saturday 10:00, reception provided by the owner from 17:00. Unless previously agreed. Charges are included in the rental price (from 28/05 to 01/10 )
Bed linen provided.
Non-smoking rental. Pets not allowed. A deposit of 200 Euros will be requested when you hand over the keys and return at the time of the inventory of fixtures on your departure.
Activities:Coastal hikes on the GR 34 and in the countryside. Fishing, fine sandy beaches, nautical club...
