Whip up some waffles, or prepare your other favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Do you fondue? You will now with the condo’s fancy fondue pot! Soak in the quaking aspens and Colorado sunshine on the private patio with an umbrella and seating for four.

Warm up by the fireplace and get cozy on the couch to recap the day’s adventures or take in a movie on the flatscreen smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom adorned with a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom is a kiddo’s paradise with a full-over-full bunk bed and games the whole family will enjoy. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway near this bedroom.

The Kicking Horse Lodges complex offers a community grill and hot tub. Grab the condo's cooler, hammock, and picnic blanket, and head out on the abundant trails nearby. THINGS TO KNOW
A Pack-N-Play is provided, but please bring your own Pack-N-Play bedding.
All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities.  All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
