The fountains

A cozy, newly restored house in LAIVES, a charming village built of Burgundy stone in southern Burgundy. The authentic stone walls and wooden beams blend seamlessly with all modern comforts. A covered stone terrace runs the entire length of the house and overlooks the courtyard. The trailheads for the hiking paths winding up Saint Martin Hill are about 100 meters from the house.
Accommodation
Large living area with fully equipped kitchen, two-person sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with two single beds, covered terrace, baby equipment (travel crib, bathtub, and high chair) available upon request.

Guest access
You’ll have full use of the home and the terrace, and you can also enjoy the part of the courtyard in front of the house.
We share the courtyard entrance, but the two accommodations are completely separate.
