Private, pet-friendly property with large fully fenced backyard. Located on the barrier island and ideally situated between the beach and inter-coastal. In one direction you have a short 7 minute walk to the beach. The other direction, you have city maintained trails through the woods taking you right up to the inter-coastal edge.

We are proud to offer this designer beach home. Enjoy all the fine detail devoted to every feature of this carefully crafted home. The home was rebuilt and expanded 2019-2020 with ALL NEW plumbing, electric, A/C, roofing etc. Featuring luxury laundry and split space option complete with separate kitchenette. Ideal for in-law suite or adults wishing increased privacy. Large, private and fully enclosed backyard rear entrance for ample parking.

Saxon House offers a unique, large beachside lot providing fully fenced in privacy and PLENTY of parking options in the front or back. Bring your boat or RV! For families/groups looking for a little separation or privacy, there is a distinct bed, bath and kitchenette area. Plenty of sleep options with 5 beds (3 queen, 2 single), optional futon and couch. If desired as office space, the 2 single beds convertible to daybed/trundle for providing extra floor space.

High-speed fiber-backed WIFI with brand-new smart TVs (6) throughout, including 65" living room & 55" master bed and family room TVs. Enjoy relaxing on the front covered patio with overhead fan as you enjoy the newly landscaped garden installed by our local artisan nursery. Or, chill on the back patio with private master bed entrance and take in the serene setting of the large, fully fenced backyard. Also features full hot/cold outside shower. Ample closet space to store your stuff - including master bedroom walk-in.

Located "on the avenues" and offers a short walk to beach, oceanfront park, casual and fine dining. New Smyrna's premier oceanfront restaurant and bar is at the end of the block as well as one of our best fine dining options. Ice cream and taco bar just a short walk. In the opposite direction, you are located directly adjacent to city maintained walking trails that take you directly to the intercoastal waterway. Surfing, boating, fishing, paddle boards, kayaks, golf - you name it, it's all within easy reach!

* Pets *
We are pet friendly! Pets must be pre-approved. Guests must agree to have pets fully bathed and groomed, including nails clipped, prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated when left unattended. The backyard and surrounding walk areas may be used as potty areas but guests MUST cleanup afterwards. Please avoid the front garden for this purpose.

Entire home and property is available to the guest except for select laundry cabinets and rear shed which are reserved for host use (see shed in architecture rendering in photos). The host shed is accessed privately and separately from the guest areas. Front and rear parking is available. Rear parking access from the rear alley.

The gold standard for [service name] rentals!!!! Everything was exactly as described online and even better than expected. Spacious, well furnished rooms, with TVs in both living rooms and every bedroom. A beautiful back yard and patio to hang out and relax after a day on the beach (a short walk away!). All the appliances you need for an extended stay, with ample storage space and a generous supply of common household products. The beds were very comfortable and the AC and heat worked flawlessly. Plenty of parking space in the front and rear of the property and a dog friendly walkway across the street. We would give this 10 stars if possible. Thanks Andy!

Thanks to the host, Andy, and the amazing property, our month long stay was perfect. We settled in quickly and it soon felt like home. The home is very well equipped and Andy checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything.

We enjoyed the location being a short walk to beach and having the quiet of the neighborhood. This house was designed well for multiple generations. we loved the outdoor activities and shade trees. campfires, fishing, ping pong, grilling, kayaking, biking. We’re going back

We had never been here before but loved it. Andy was a fantastic host and he had the best stocked kitchen we’d ever seen while vacationing. We really enjoyed out time there!

We had a wonderful month in this beautifully appointed property. The host was always available, and quick to respond to a couple of questions we had, but there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already in the home. It was also extremely well stocked when we arrived which was a lovely surprise. We hope to visit again.

I can’t recommend the Saxon House highly enough. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is well stocked with all of the must-haves inside, beach equipment outside, games, and more. Everything is kept in amazing shape, and Andy is always upgrading/beautifying the home. This is definitely the place to stay! We’re looking forward to staying here again next time we’re in New Smyrna Beach.

Andy was a great host and provided my group with all that we could need for our stay. The home had many amenities for us to use which made our time in New Smyrna even better than expected. The beach is a short walk away and there is no shortage of things to do nearby. Truly a memorable stay!

Andy is one of the best, if not the best host I have had in my 5+ of years of using [service name]. My group came to New Smyrna from out of state and he did everything he could to make us feel at home during our stay. That being said, the property is amazing; the house is newly renovated, comfortable, & spacious, the yard is large, very well-kept, & private. I could not recommend this host or property more, you will certainly enjoy your stay with Andy!

Our stay at Saxon House was one of THE BEST experiences we have ever had. Andy has thought of everything and has created the perfect getaway for his guests. The house is perfect, super clean, and beautiful! All the little extras made a big difference such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kayaks, and various beach toys. Andy has seriously thought of everything!!!
