Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port of the ponant, in residence with swimming pool, this apartment of about 30m2 air conditioned and functional ensures you to spend an idyllic stay, just minutes from the beach and shops. Its living room opens onto a nice south facing terrace, overlooking Lake Ponant. It has a click-clac in the living room, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, freezer,...). The separate bedroom has 1 double bed in 140 with storage cupboards. A shower room with toilet and washing machine. Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).An outdoor parking near the free access residence will allow you to park your car. The pool is located on the Ponant side (subject to sanitary conditions allowing the pool to open. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
