Welcome to our Mamie Cocotte cottage, the ideal pied-à-terre to discover the wonders of the Côtes d'Armor.
Located along a street in the village just 5 km from the sea, close to amenities and sites of interest, this accommodation completely renovated in 2022 combines charm, comfort and practicality.

With a floor area of approximately 65 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people (including children and babies).

On the first floor: a living/dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room with WC
Living/dining room: table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, cushions, flat screen TV, portable Bluetooth speaker, wood stove, console cabinet, internet access
Kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle
Laundry room: washing machine and ironing set, vacuum cleaner, toilet

Upstairs: a large modular bedroom with two sleeping areas separated by a screen unit and Japanese panels:
Main space: king-size bed (180×200 cm), modular into 2 single beds (90×200 cm).
Sleeping area or boudoir: 2 single beds (80×200 cm), twinnable for a double bed (160×200 cm).
Our beds can be adapted to your needs (4 single beds, 2 doubles, or mixed beds).
Bathroom: shower, vanity unit, mirror, toilet, storage, towel dryer, hairdryer

Outside: a terrace, a private garden, a barbecue and a parking space. On sunny days, enjoy the garden furniture, deckchairs and deckchairs.

Please note: it is mandatory to sign a seasonal rental contract that we will provide you, regardless of the length of your stay.
Security deposit: 30% of the rent with a minimum of €150. Additional security deposit of €200 in case of pets.
